Well since I've been gone my back problems have gotten much better and I should be in the gym within the month, I'm trying to set up some training with Cody McKenzie since he's training at the Gracie gym in Stockton now, seeing if he'll come out to pleasant hill. I did do a class with Gil Melendez where we just worked technique since im not 100 percent but that was a trip, when you hear Nate shouting out to Gil about how he's the best it ain't bs, the guy's amazing.

As for the other stuff I'm about to be up for a recording contract, which is really what I'm focusing on right now. I'm working with a lady who's coached Reba McEntire and she's got alot of faith in me. So hopefully you guys will see me in a cage and on a stage

Also ive got two tickets for UFC 146, my fiancé may not be able to go because of work. I'll find out tonight if she can or not but if she can't would any of you boys want to buy a ticket and join me in Vegas?

Speaking of Douchey Guys, Nick Diaz no-showed his BJJ Superfight against Braulio Estima. They put this on PPV and Nick was supposed to donate his entire purse to St. Jude's Children's Hospital. Estima flew in all the way from the UK for nothing.

Bob Sapp lost to Pudzianowski yesterday and his career MMA record is officially under .500.

I don't know what's more amazing, the fact that Sapp hasn't retired, or that promotions are still booking him for main event fights.

If that's right then that helps a bit but still sucks for all the people there and Estima. The guy had to come all the way from London and cut the weight and did everything right. The least he could have done is apologized to his opponent.

For me I lost a bit of respect for Nog, I mean you can't really say I guy isn't very good if he knocks you out and submits you. I've always been a big fan of Nog's but that one kinda set him back for me.
