MMA March - Never Leave it in the Hands of the Guy Who Calculates the Scorecards

Rampage is fighting Shogun then leaving the UFC. I cant wait for Shogun to kick his ass and send him out of the UFC with his tail between his legs

Lol... at least Rampage gets that "exciting" match-up he's been bitching about. Let's see how he really likes it when Shogun makes him quit, again.

Yes! It will be fun to see how Hunt approaches this fight though, Struve is a lot longer than him (obviously) and Hunt clearly doesn't have the fastest feet in the division. Still, Mark Hunt is the man.

Hunt should attack the body. Beat those ribs up and then boom... knock his ass out with an overhand right.

Rampage is now putting off the Shogun fight for double knee surgery.

Not for nothing, he hates the UFC and wants to leave but yet he'll take advantage of the fact that they'll pay for his surgeries.

Well he's getting the UFC to pay for surgery on both of his knees before he takes his ball and goes home. Smart is the only adjective to use in this circumstance.

Struve still doesn't know how to use his reach. Hunt will walk right through him.

Two amazing fights have been announced for UFC on FX 4. Gray Maynard will take on Clay Guida in the 5 round main event and in his return to 185, Rich Franklin will face Cung Le

Actually, contrasting reports on the Franklin/Cung Le fight, some reports have it set for UFC on FX 4, while others have it set for 148.

Gray Maynard will take on Clay Guida in the 5 round main event

I don't think Gray will be able to handle the pressure Clay will put on him.

and in his return to 185, Rich Franklin will face Cung Le

If Rich isn't washed-up at this point (and that's a big if), then this should be an easy win for him.

Ortiz/Griffin III at 148.

I couldn't be less interested in this fight. This was a rare case where the UFC listened to the fighters instead of the fans. The only two people who want to see this fight happen is Ortiz and Griffin.

Silva vs Sonnen is confirmed to happen in Rio in front of 80,000 Brazilians. Chael is going to literally die if (and when) he wins.

Few more matchmaking notes:

Ellenberger vs Kampmann in a 5 round fight (tuf finale). I see Jake taking that one by KO.

Maia vs Stun Gun Kim at welterweight... I see a boring affair.

The stadium that Sonnen and Silva will fight in.

Brazil 3 is going to be the single greatest night in MMA history and I cannot wait. That stadium is awe inspiring.

I'm happier the fight is happening at this stadium than the one in Sao Paulo. This stadium is a bit smaller, but is so beautiful. I'm already going crazy waiting.
