GSP reportedly wants $50 Million to fight Silva.

I have come to the realization this fight will not happen, which is fine with me. There are plenty of new faces for GSP to fight now in the Welterweight division and Silva still has a funny fight with Bisping waiting for him and he can keep ducking Weidman.

If GSP fights Silva, he deserves double than his usual rate. Same for Silva if he ever fights Jones.

Cruz needed another ACL surgery, he'll be out for god knows how long.

Bummer, he's a damn good fighter. Huge blow to the BW division.

The BW division really lacks name value, so a big blow indeed. You can't just keep letting Faber beat a middle of the road guy then handing him a title shot only for him to lose.

I wouldn't call Wineland or Bowles "middle of the road guys", but yeah, he'll lose another title shot.

Bader vs. Davis would be decent. I like both guys, but I think Davis would take it. Bader's best chance would be to catch Davis, I'd give him the power advantage, but Davis is a better overall fighter.

Loving the faith BJ is getting in the prediction thread. Hopefully he's able to pull it out for us. I can't wait!

I can't see BJ coming back if he's not in top form. I know he hasn't always been the most shining example of commitment, but I think he's too proud to come back and let himself be slaughtered. He'll go out there and fight his ass off, I'm sure of it.

I've read a handful of reports that Motivated BJ is coming into this fight. His best days are behind him but damn if he still can't put on a show. I expect it to be good.

I took a hiatus from the predictions this go round. Gotta clear my head, get my motivation back and take back my title.

ESPN confirmed Ronda will headline 157, defending her title against...Liz Carmouche. Dana did say that the Cyborg fight should happen next.

UFC officials worked diligently to encourage former Strikeforce women's featherweight champion Cristiane "Cyborg" Santos to take the fight against Rousey at 135 pounds, but according to White, she refused.

Despite Santos' reluctance, White is confident the highly anticipated bout will eventually happen.

"That was obviously the fight (Rousey against Santos) we wanted to make at 135 pounds," White said. "We worked hard to make that fight.

"This fight (Rousey-Carmouche) will happen and I truly believe the next one will be the Cyborg fight -- this fight first, then Cyborg at 135 pounds.

I used to think Bader was e future of the division. Boy, was I wrong.

Likewise.

I've never been a huge fan of BJ as a person. And I'm a huge Rory MacDonald fan.

That being said,

BJ is committing himself into getting in shape and seems like he's finally realized that he wasted so much potential. I thought Rory was going to smoke him at first, but with BJ getting serious and wanting to preserve his legacy, I think he's going to show that there's still plenty of fight left in him to make one more title run.

Carmouche is good but I still have Rousey by R1 Armbar.

By the way, it's confirmed that GSP's next opponent is Nick Diaz.

I've been dying to see this fight. That being said, Hendricks got FUCKED and the championships are getting de-legitimized. Hendricks took out three top 5 Welterweights in Fitch, Koscheck, and Kampmann, and took out two of those three in dominating fashion.

Diaz should have at least been given some sort of a softball fight so he at least had a win under his belt before fighting GSP. I don't know about you guys but a Diaz/Hardy fight, to build Nick as a contender would have been awesome.

I was just about to come in and mention that. Hendricks took out my man Fitch with one punch. No one does that. He is on a hell of a roll, but he got the shaft. I for one hope GSP beats Diaz and shuts him up. To say I dislike Nick is an understatement.
