Definitely, but in Wills case he was just looking for a Bye Week filler. He might still be able to get Favre if he really wanted a 2nd QB. However, since he won't need a 2nd QB for the rest of the year, he is better off keeping that roster spot open for another position. Brady is an automatic starting QB in fantasy football, so no need to stash a backup. If he gets hurt, you're fucked regardless, and you can't play thinking the guy will get hurt.

If it was my 2nd team, I would pick up Favre in a heartbeat, and cut Carson Palmer (my current backup to Matt Ryan), since I was wrong about his ability to accurately get the ball to T.Ocho. I'm fine at QB in my other league with Romo/Sanchez (especially since Romo had his bye already).

ST was correct - I needed a one week replacement. And Hill v. a Rams defense >>>>> Favre v. a Jets defense. (especially one that'll be looking to put Moss in his place, after giving up that 1 handed TD)

Oh, speaking of QBs.. Justin, if you want Rodgers - I'm now willing to trade him. He suffered a concussion, which means he'll be useless this next weekend. If not longer.

Believe I already stated that I was looking at Favre as solid back-up option, ya know keep him on your bench for use during Brady's bye week and as a insurance policy in case Brady gets hurt

depends what (or rather who) you want, I still have faith in Rodgers, and I know he's going to be back this season, I'll just stick him on my bench in the mean time and play my other QB
