Apparently it was to send a message to Hogan because Hogan has no protection here in TNA. So he jumped two guys that were on Team Hogan because Sting attacked them.
I concur, I have no clue why.

Do you ever get tired of complaining about TNA KB? Like I mean, we know, they suck, they couldn't use logical booking if it facefucked their grandmother, Hogan is running them into the ground, etc etc, but like...don't you ever just get...tired of complaining? Yeah; well obviously he can't actually murder someone in the ring; but in comparison to just about anybody using a bat/4x2 Sting makes the shots look better.

The complaining makes it watchable. I've long since given up on them being a serious wrestling company. The complaining makes it bearable. Also how can there have been an original MNW? There's only been one in history.
