It's pretty obvious no one has anything to add about this particular subject beyond what's already been said until Tuesday when we know if the uproar was necessary.

This is the only part of your post which was somewhat relevant to the discussion in hand, and even this is very brief and general. If you'd have posted this alone in the thread, you could expect a warning for spamming, as you didn't give any position or evidence for it.

The rest of the post had nothing to do with Obama's speech. If you feel this way and need to discuss it, you can always use the Bar Room. Slyfox is an admin here, so I honestly don't believe he'd ever warn someone for a different opinion, eve one which may have offended him (Another thing I doubt). But I am an 'objective moderator not involved in the discussion' so I hope you see that Slyfox was in fact in the right.

There's been several errors all day where posts aren't appearing etc.

Also, sometimes you have to refresh threads in order to see the latest posts.

You probably are already aware of this and are working on it though apologies.

No need to apologize, it frustrates us as well.

In all fairness, it needs to be noted that the moderators on the boards don't control the server issues, slowness, pop-ups, etc. Rest assured, if we did, well if Sly did, he's have it all fixed.

I'd like my infraction reversed, if possible.

The only excuse that I have for my mistake was that at the time, I was posting so much in the bar room that I completely forgot that I was posting in a non-spam room. It was dumb, I know. However, my last warning was over 6 months ago and I wish I had received a warning before getting an actual infraction.

Let's face it... you guys all know me... I messed up. I really can't say much more about it. But do I really need to be infracted (instead of warned) for a dumb mistake? If you guys don't reverse it, I totally understand. You guys all know that I won't make the same dumb mistake again. But why don't we clean up my record and start with a blank slate?

We usually try to warn posters about the spamming rule at least once, maybe twice before we begin infracting. As you noted, you've been given warnings before, and you are aware of how our spam rules are different.

It was a dumb mistake, and no one here will think less of you for it. But, you did spam, so it's only fair to receive the punishment for it. In 60 days (give or take), it will be off your record, so no worries, especially as long as you don't spam again.

However, it would not be fair for us to reverse the infraction, simply on the basis of "we know you". We do appreciate you owning up to the mistake and fixing it in the future, but this one will have to stand.

Only reversed infractions can be deleted, so no

I've noticed a problem with the avatars as well. Mine and others has been replaced by an advertisement for "Photobucket pro"

Yes, that happens when the Photobucket accounts which host the images goes over its alloted bandwidth. It should be fixed in a few days I imagine, if Luther doesn't fix it before then. In this case, I can't fix it.

Why am i getting a warning for posting a fact? I posted Get real AJ Styles signed a 5 year deal with TNA Wrestling. How is that spamming when it is a fact?

Because that is spamming on WrestleZone Forums. You did not post an opinion or post your thoughts on it, which is layed out in the rules as spamming. Also remember that warnings don't have any affect on you at all. They are only there to serve as a reminder to read the rules and follow them.

That was my mistake, I thought that was a signature that you had the .gif in. I just didn't pay attention close enough.

However, the post you had the .gif file in was spam, so if you would like, just pretend the warning was for spam instead of a moving sig. Because if you hadn't have had the .gif file in the post, I still would have warned you for spam.

Again, my mistake on the signature though.
