Road to Wrestlemania 28 - KEEP ALL WM28 GENERAL DISCUSSION IN HERE!!

I'm actually a little wary of another "right before Wrestlemania we bring the guy in to force a feud" match. Here's hoping Jericho comes back around the Royal Rumble and stays around for a couple years if they're going to build this. I know I'm in the minority but I don't really care how good the match is unless there's going to be a lengthy buildup and strong after-play to the angle. I need the story to stay involved...and a Twitter battle just doesn't do it for me.

Couldn't really agree more with everything you just said there, bro. When did WWE become more interested in Twitter than Wrestling? I suppose that's where the people are, and where the money lies.. But like you say, I want to see Jericho come back and work this angle in the ring for a few months to build heat. I don't wanna have to read their played out storylines through tweets.

Not only that, but with the "fued" (little early to call it that, I think, but anyway) potentially beginning on Twitter; anyone who follows Punk or Jericho on there will have seen them being chummy and arranging to meet up not but a week ago.. if this is to begin on Twitter the transparency of this whole angle will destroy it before it even gets started.

Reality era or no. I'm sick and tired of false reality tv. Lets not have WWE follow that route. I like my storylines embellished and over-the-top. Where are all the epic blindfold and bridge promos? Where are all the kidnapping, raping and murdering promos? Good times man.. good times...

Jericho v. Punk would be a phenonenal contest. I could easily see this as a technically sound, minimal spot match with just plenty of back and forth physical action. And Intensity. Lots of Intensity. As far as the promos go, Jericho would calmly and rationally pick Punk's character flaws apart while Punk would make Jericho seem like nothing more than an empty soulless suit. The dynamic between the two would be nothing short of magic. Jericho's disdain for Punk's scruffy appearance and in-your-face attitude would clash perfectly with Punk's tendency to laugh in anyone's face shortly befor he caves it in with a GTS. This could be the new Hart v. Michaels or JBL v. Cena.

I think this would be a great feud and a great match for Wrestlemania 28. If Jericho is pushing for this to happen then I guess we can all assume he will be back by the Royal Rumble at the very latest. Maybe even earlier. Jericho is an awesome worker, one of the best on the stick and is a great heel. He is also one of the most selfless workers in the business and has no problem with putting others over. I would really love to see them develop a long feud out of this. I don't want to see it rushed as this is something that could extend over a number of pay per views. Either start it early (if Jericho returns later in the year) and have the blow off at Wrestlemania or start it at the road to Wrestlemania and continue it throughout the next few PPV's.

I can't see Jericho returning as a heel. He is definitely going to be a face once he gets back, something that happens to any huge star who has taken time off, no matter if they were a heel when they left. So I don't know how this one will play out with regard to who the face is and who the heel is.

I was seriously just telling my friend the other day that this would be a dream match, for me. I also said that's how you know that Punk has arrived: you can officially dream about him wrestling other legit greats.

This is a dream match because the two have an amazing ability to tell stories, inside and outside the ring. Also, I haven't seen Jericho in an interesting match since he feuded with Misterio, at least none that I can remember. The Edge feud didn't do a whole lot for me, even though it wasn't bad, so I'd love to see him and Punk tell a story; you'll never see two men scream, "hypocrite," at each other more than during their promos. Lol.

Seriously, I would find it difficult for people to argue the interest at least that this match would garner. Wrestlemania is supposed to be the place where two equally great wrestlers face off to a finish. It's not so much of that anymore and I'm not calling Punk as good as Jericho, though I think he has the potential to be, but this is one of those match-ups that feels big enough to sell a Mania card. I think that Punk v HHH is one of those matches, too, but I'd rather see Punk fight Jericho. Their more similar to me than people want to admit; they've both hit it big as punks, no pun intended. Very interesting match. I really would like to see this one.

Would I like to see Punk versus Y2J? If I didn't, I'd probably be better going and watching something else because Wrestling obviously ain't my thing.

Having said that, I'd much rather this didn't happen at Mania because neither guy needs the rub this match provides. As we already have Cena versus Rock to draw in the crowds, I'd like to see Punk taking on someone like Swagger who I believe deserves better than he has received recently and he is someone who could just as easily takes offence at CM's claims to be the best as Chris. As for Y2J, again I'd like to see him in a battle with a fellow obnoxious character in ADR (or even Wade Barrett).

It is my personal belief that the WWe has shot itself in the foot in recent years, in that we never truly feel that any superstar has a chance in hell of dominating Cena. With the recent Punk feud, there is a chance that this could be rectified and it'll cease to be a sure bet that a Cena reign is imminent.

Punk V Jericho would be amazing but jericho would need to return by Survivor Series at the lates so we get a nice build up . Also in my eyes it would give CM Punk that one thing he needs to make him a true WWE Main Event guy Which is a Show Stealing WM match .

I know we have Cena V Rock which will be the ME but when we had Hogan v Rock as the ME it wasnt a show stealing match it was just the 2 guys involved made it seem like it.

2 guys that jericho could do wonders for in the ME is CM Punk & Daniel Bryan both them match could be show stealing match at any PPV anytime

I know we have Cena V Rock which will be the ME but when we had Hogan v Rock as the ME it wasnt a show stealing match it was just the 2 guys involved made it seem like it.

As someone who was there live for Wrestlemania X8, I'm going to have to disagree with you vehemently with that comment. Hogan/Rock may not have been a technical wrestling masterpiece, but it damn sure was a show stealing match. Nothing else on that card could compare to that contest, because both men know how to work and engage a crowd and tell a story like no others. They had the 68,000 of us on the edges of our feet or leaping into the air for the entire match. No question it was the show stealer of the night, hands down, and should have been the final match on the card. Greatest match I have ever had the pleasure of seeing live, and I have seen Angle vs. Benoit for the WWE title at the Royal Rumble.

The matches between Jericho and CM Punk could be something special and the feud itself would be awesome no matter how it plays out (Jericho as a heel/face, Punk as a heel/face). As I understand, I'm one of few people who actually liked Punk as a face but if that doesn't float your boat he could just play his current role as tweener/anti-hero or whatever the fuck it is.

I'd love to see this feud, this is one of those "dream" feuds that never took place. As for the WWE title being involved, it doesn't need to be but it would add an extra flavour to the feud. Despite Jericho's 08 feud with HBK and Punk's feuds with Cena and Orton, these two matching up may bring out the best in one another and may give them the best feud of their careers.

It sounds like there is a clamoring to have some of the 'retired' stars take on Punk at WM. I've heard rumors of Jericho, Austin & HHH...and of course, there are rumors of a confrontation with The Rock at SS. I think it would be awesome to have those 4 in a Survivor Series match against Punk, Cena...maybe Orton and Miz. You have standing rivalries with Cena-Rock & Orton-HHH, Punk seems to have something going with Austin or Jericho after wearing Austin's shirt on Raw, and that tweet from Jericho...the whole story of the individual rivalries, plus the inner-team ones would make an interesting one-off SS match.

But as far as Punk-Jericho at WM, I would love to see it, and they don't need to have the title involved to make it interesting.

In my opinion thats whats gonna end up happening...think about it, CM Punk is claiming to be the Best in the World...Jericho always said he was the best in the world....Jericho is the first ever Undisputed WWE champions....if Im not mistaken Punk could possibly be the second man to do it, unless you count Triple H beating Jericho, but I dont think it counts...both are the only Undisputed world champs...both are the best in the world....this feud is set imo

Totally agree. never thought of it but yeah, Punk n Jericho would be awesome. I'd give it to Jericho after a grueling 30mins and a handshake afterwards. Jericho has more experience and i would give him the victory at Wrestlemania. Both of them in their prime is a toss up even.

This has "legendary" written all over it.

This would be a dream match for tons of wrestling fans and WWE, given the right opportunity, would be brain dead not to do it. Hopefully it's sooner than later because this will blow Punk/Cena out of the water and I've been thoroughly enjoying that.

Unfortunately though, I do not think it will be over the WWE Championship. With The Rock/Cena angle going down at WM XXVIII, that's where the belt will be. I don't see this happening over at SmackDown either. Anything can happen though.

Furthermore, I can't wait. This feud has huge potential and I really hope it doesn't fall through. Whether it's for the Championship or not, this would be mind blowing.

lol we should merge topics since we're having this discussion on 2 separate threads lol

CM Punk vs. Jericho= Epic. Fuck the Cena Rock match to be honest with you. Super Cena vs the flying maroon. Here's how the Cena/Rock match goes. Rock mocks Cena..does the 5 knuckle shuffle and the "you can't see me" non-sense. Hits it. Cena kicks out, Cena hits the Rock Bottom, goes for the peoples elbow Rock kicks out. Eventually Cena gets rock in the STF or simply pins him. Cena wins.. BOOOOORING.

As far as the CM Punk/Jericho match goes it is very hard to tell what could actually HAPPEN during the match which makes it exciting! As neither CM Punk or Jericho's matches really have a set formula to them. CM Punk vs. Chris Jericho= The Main Event of WrestleMania.

This would be a pretty interesting match up. I'm not sure if we have actually seen these two wrestle before or even have a long term feud. I could be wrong. These two could possibly have the match of the night if it happened at WM 28. I think that we will probably see Punk vs. Triple H instead, but that might not be the case if Triple H challenges the Undertaker again. I would prefer to see Punk vs. Jericho over Triple H and Punk. Of course there is always the fantasy match up of Punk vs. Austin, which is probably a long shot.

They might even go with The Miz vs. Jericho if he were to return. I don't know what to think of what Jericho said on Twitter, but these two could have an awesome feud. It doesn't even have to be for the WWE championship or WHC. It would make the match even sweeter if it was for one of the big titles though.

I was reading around these forums, mostly pertaining to Wrestlemania 28. I went from Team CeNation to Team Bring It posts, to arguments about Daniel Bryan holding the MiTB until Wrestlemania. Now, this got me thinking about what Wrestlemania 28 could look like. Here is what I've thought up:

The Rock vs. John Cena
Probably the main event. A very anticipated match. A dream match for many wrestling fans. We all look at this match as a "passing of the torch," in the same way that we looked at Rock vs. Hogan. Now, we still don't know if the WWE Championship will be up for grabs, but I don't believe so. This match already has the star power alone, the championship doesn't add any value to it. Besides, if the title was on the line, we all know the Rock isn't going to win, because he probably isn't going to be staying after WM. Anyway, the main event is already set.

Chris Jericho vs. CM Punk
Recently on Twitter, Jericho "bashed" Punk. According to reports, this is just for a story, and there ins't any real heat between these two. Obviously, this match has Match of the Year candidate written all over it. Both are amazing on the mic, as well as in the ring. The promo's and the build-up to this match would be phenomenal. This is a legitimate WRESTLING match.

Daniel Bryan and the Money in the Bank
So, he stated that he is cashing it in at Wrestlemania 28. Let's see, what happened to the last guy who claimed he was going to cash it in a year later. Oh yeah, he lost his briefcase before he had the chance to cash it in. Many people fear the same with have to DB. Even if he cashes it in at WM, again, people fear he will not cash it in successfully. This clearly means that the fans do not have a lot of faith in DB becoming WHC... yet. What I see happening is, they are going to build him up in these 8 months, that way when 'Mania comes along, a lot of people feel differently about Bryan.

The Royal Rumble Winner
Since Bryan states he is going to cash it in at 28, the RR winner look's like Raw will be his option. BUT, it doesn't mean he HAS to choose Raw. If whoever it is chooses Smackdown, the WHC will be defended in a Triple Threat. RR Winner vs. WHC vs. Daniel Bryan. Now, if he chooses Raw, I see it that he will be facing the Miz. The Miz is the only main superstar on Raw is big enough to hold it. Unless they push someone MAJORLY in these 6 months and have that man go into WM with the WWE Title. I doubt Cena will hold it, so this is possible. Another unpredictable factor here.

The Streak
This looks like 'Taker's last WM. He is going to retire with a 20-0 record at WM. Now, the question is, who will face him? After 27, Triple H said that he is waiting for the Undertaker, and he will be ready if the Undertaker comes back. Now that Triple H is the COO, I don't think he is going to face him. We also have Mick Foley, who has been teasing a WWE return ever since he left TNA. Never happened at WM, so it's a possibility. But, we can also see a rising star face him. For me, there are 3 young talents that I see have a chance to face 'Taker. 1. Del Rio. One year into the company, and he has already won RR and MiTB. I guess the E has faith in him, so I wouldnt be suprised if he tried to break his streak. 2. Wade Barrett. On Bragging Rights '10, we saw Barrett lead the Nexus into helping Kane to bury the Undertaker. When the rumors of Undertaker returning at Vengeance, which will be a year and a day after BR, we can possibly see 'Taker get his vengeance on Barrett, leading up to their bout at WM. But again, if there is a pro, there is a con. I don't see how they can hold Barrett/Taker for 5 months. and 3. Sheamus. A lot of people wanted to see him face Taker this year, but I thought it was still too early. Now that Sheamus will be one year older in the company, and he is on Smackdown, I don't see why the Celtic Warrior wouldn't want to break the streak. Again, a lot of possibilities here.

Well, these are my thoughts on Wrestlemania. There is a lot of time between now and 'Mania, so only time can tell what will happen. Maybe I'll do another one of these when WM is closer, maybe around Royal Rumble, just to see how the E has progressed and if my theories were correct. Constructive criticism is appreciated, I'm kind of new to forums, and thoughts as well.

The WWE can play a huge fat joke on Daniel Bryan at WM28 if they wanted to. Have the Great Khali win the title before WM and have Bryan vs. Khali. I don't see any way he can lock his submissions on him and Khali wins in a landslide. I'm hoping the WWE isn't this stupid though.

My WM28 predictions as of now:

Rock vs. Cena (non-title): Cena wins (move aside Snooki, the Rock is this year's celebrity superstar)
Daniel Bryan vs. Sheamus (face vs. face): Sheamus wins and Bryan becomes the first cash-in to lose.
CM Punk vs. Jericho: I love this match idea if it happens. Even though I've wanted Punk vs. Austin this could turn out much better. Hard to call but i'll say Punk wins.

Miz vs. Austin: I really see Austin coming back for another couple years. This match will prove to Austin that the Miz is tough enough. Miz wins.

ADR vs. John Morrison (WWE title): Punk will lose his Championship with help by Ricardo Rodriguez. This is Morrison's chance to see what he can really do without Melina by his side. Morrison wins.

Alex Riley vs. Dolph Ziggler (US title): Ziggler retains.

Cody Rhodes vs. Sin Cara (IC title): Sin Cara wins his first WWE belt here.

Beth Phoenix vs. Awesome Kong (Diva's title): Kong returns and wins the belt.

Otunga McGill vs. Usos: Nexus outcasts retain

R Troof, Wade Barrett, Christian, Henry vs. Randy Orton, Ezekiel Jackson, Rey Mysterio, Justin Gabriel in 8 man tornado match: Starter match with big spots. Gets much more time than last years. Orton's team wins.

Zack Ryder vs. The Big O (the fallout): Ryder fist pumps big O's face. Woo Woo Woo, You Know It, BRO!

Undertaker vs. HHH most likely or Mankind (what i'd like to see): Undertaker retains 20-0.

This is my Wrestlemania 28 match dream card

First Match - Cody Rhodes vs Ted dibaise for the intercontental champion

Second match - Rey Mysterio vs Sin Cara (This is like a passing of the torch. Mysterio is leaving soon and Sin Cara is the next thing to Mysterio) OR have it be Mysterio vs Cara vs Justin Gabreil vs Evan Borne to see who is the greatest high flyer

Third Match - Big Show vs The Great Khali (Who is the greater giant? we need a giant vs giant match becuz there has never been one so i think its a good idea

Fourth Match - Kharma vs Beth vs Natayla for Diva's Title (Who is the strongest diva) These three divas are the toughest diva's by far as of now so why not have the best divas battle at the grandest stage

Fifth Match - Shaemus vs Wade Barret (Who is better the irish or the english) If my history is correct the irish and english have done battle before so why not in wwe. These two are new superstars and are good wrestlers

Sixth Match - Alex Riley vs The Miz vs Dolph Ziggler vs John Morrison vs Kofi Kingston vs Alberto Del Rio in a ladder match for the United States Championship This match is just to spice things up. There needs to be at least one type of hardcore type match at wrestlemania and i think this would be a good one

Seventh Match- Cm Punk vs Stone Cold Steve Austin (Who is the better Rebel) and Vince be guest referree )
Punk is the rebel of today like austin was the reble of yesterday why not put to rebels who have caused vince a headach in a match where vince decides the outcome

Eighth Match -Randy Orton vs Chris Jericho It was Orton who punted Jerchio in the head it would only make sense that Jerchio came back for revenge against Orton
Eighth Match Triple H vs Shawn Michael (Their both final match) This match will probably steal the show since this should be their final matches for both. I mean this would be the match of the year since these two have such a history.

Ninth Match Edge vs Christian for the WWE Championship This match should have been last years but it didn't happen so this could be edge's final match i mean one more couldn't hurt right.

Tenth Match John Cena vs The Rock (NOT FOR ANY TITLE) I think this match has enough hype to not be for the title i mean is one era vs another era kinda like Hogan vs Rock at 18 and it is ten wrestlemania's later so it makes sense

Eleventh Match Kane vs The Undertaker for the World Heavyweight championship
This Would be Undertaker's final match. Either he would be the World Heavyweight Champion and walk out of the busissness as the champ and a 20-0 streak of walk out the loser without gold and with his streak broken. Built around alot of hype to this match like not as feuding brothers but like Undertaker always has people who want to challenge him well how about Undertaker picks is FINAL Opponet at wrestlemania for his 20-0 streak. He picks Kane and kane agrees and both talk like they have respect for one another and kane even inducts the undertaker into the Hall of Fame that year which would be different for the opponet of a opponet at wrestlemania inducts his opponet in

If wwe would do these matches i think Wrestlemania 28 could be better then 17 and 19. Thats my hope that this year would be the greatest mania in history after all this is the game's era

Hall of fame inductees

Macho Man Randy Savage
The Undertaker
Mick Foley
Trish Status
Mr. T
Ulitmate Warrior
Edge

i doubt these men will get inducted but never know

First off, I know there would never be this many matches, but I think this would make for an epic card if Jericho, Austin, Foley and Batista made comebacks.

John Cena vs. The Rock

No explanation needed on this one.

Winner - The Rock

"Stone Cold" Steve Austin vs. CM Punk

These 2 have made it no secret they are fans of eachother. Austin said if he were to come back for one more match, Punk is one of the guys he'd like it to be against. I think they'd put on a great 2-3 month feud and then Austin would officially pass the torch to Punk as many are dubbing him the new Stone Cold as it is.

Winner - CM Punk

WWE Title: The Miz (c) vs. Chris Jericho

I'd bring Jericho back as a face either at TLC or the Rumble (or on Raw in between) and end up winning the Rumble match to get his title shot. Another great feud could be put on by these guys as they're friends outside of the ring and both great on the mic.

Winner - Chris Jericho

Hell in a Cell: The Undertaker vs. Mick Foley

We've seen it once before. One of the greatest matches in WWE history. If Foley has one more match in him, why not go out with a huge bang and finish his career with a rematch from KOTR (96 or 97)? Could be the Taker's last match too as I don't see him going much longer. 20-0 would be a nice round number.

Winner - The Undertaker

Career Match: Triple H w/ Shawn Michaels vs. Kevin Nash w/ Scott Hall

I think Triple H should havea corporation type stable with himself, Nash and X-Pac (if it's true that he's signing w/ WWE) much like Vince did in the attitude era. Eventually Nash turns on Triple H (maybe during a title match at the Rumble) and Helmsley lays out the challenge for a career match. Nash isn't getting any younger, so who better to finish out with than one of his best friends in the business? Would be great to let them have Hall in his corner for one more appearance. Match could end in mutual respect and a handshake, with the entire Kliq in the ring together one last time.

Winner - Triple H

World Heavyweight Title: Randy Orton (c) vs. Cody Rhodes

I think Rhodes is going to get a main event push and him winning the IC Title is just the beginning of that. Their history in Legacy together can only help the storyline. I see Rhodes as the only serious heel threat to Orton other than Barrett now that Christian's feud is over with Orton. I would put Rhodes over as the champ for a change of pace and see how it goes. You can always put the strap back on Orton if it doesn't work out.

Winner - Cody Rhodes

Batista vs. Alberto Del Rio

My first thought was to have Batista go against his clone Mason Ryan, but I don't think Ryan will ever get over. ADR could carry the feud and match much better, so with him not in a title match, how bout him being the one that Batista takes issue with when he returns as a face?

Winner - Batista

United States Title Triple Threat: Dolph Ziggler (c) vs. John Morrison vs. Christian

Christian doesn't really belong here, but unless he turns face or Edge can somehow wrestle one more match against him at Mania, I seriously can't think of another place to put him and he deserves to be on the card. Yes, I would still have Ziggler hang onto the strap all the way up to Mania, but finally drop it here so he can finally move up to main event status where he belongs.

Winner - John Morrison

Triple Threat Match: Sheamus vs. Wade Barrett vs. Drew McIntyre

I don't understand why McIntyre isn't being used on Raw. It's a disgrace. Here's a decent angle where all 3 fight for the pride of their country. Sheamus from Ireland, Barrett from England and McIntyre from Scotland. I give the win to McIntyre and hopefully catapult him to midcard status where he'd eventually win the US or IC Title.

Winner - Drew McIntyre

Intercontinental Title: Sin Cara (c) vs. Rey Mysterio

I think this match is prety much already written in stone, with them being the only luchadores in the WWE. I think we all want to see the match that these 2 could put on. Mysterio's not getting any younger and probably not too far from retirement, so it would be logical to let Sin Cara retain the title.

Winner - Sin Cara

Opener
Cody Rhodes vs Dolph Ziggler US Title vs IC TItle
Would love to see a unification match finally for these two belts!

Sin Cara vs Rey Mysterio vs Alberto Del Rio in a Lucha Three Way
Nothing needs to be said the three top luchadores atm in WWE going at it in a lucha match!

Wade Barret vs Justin Gabriel
Would love to see a feud between the two and see who the true star of Nexus is!

Awesome Kong vs Beth Phoenix
If Kong is back this is the dream match we all want!

Undertaker vs Sheamus
I think Sheamus is a new player in WWE and could stand par with Undertaker and put on an awesome match!

Daniel Bryan vs CM Punk WHT or WWE Title
I want to see the set up with Punk with the title and Daniel Bryan cash in on him! An EPIC ROH Match set on the biggest stage of them all!

Mick Foley vs Edge one more time Hardcore!
I know its a stretch but how awesome would this match be!

John Cena vs The Rock
IDC About this match it is set in stone!

Boxing Match
Monte Barrett vs David Tua
I head Cena was pushing for this, i think it would be a innovative idea to see two legit boxers fight at Mania in a LEGIT fight.

Also with this Mania I left off key stars for ONE reason let the young guys come into Mania and prove them selfs!

WWE Title: John Cena (c) vs. The Rock We already know it's set in stone. Will be for the WWE title

Tag Team Match:CM Punk & Stone Cold vs. The Miz & HHH I see a HHH heel turn coming soon as well as The Miz joining forces and creating a corporation type stable. They could also just make this a singles match CM Punk (w/ Stone Cold) vs. The Miz (w/ HHH)

WHC: Randy Orton (c) vs. Chris Jericho vs. Daniel Bryan Jericho could be the winner of the Rumble and Bryan of course is cashing in his MITB.

Streak: Undertaker vs. Kevin Nash Not that I really want to see this match or anything but, I feel like this is the best option if Nash is still around by that time. Plus the 2 have a history.

Grudge Match: Alberto Del Rio vs. Sheamus Both guys need to be on the card. Sheamus as a face would be a good Mania opponent for Del Rio.

Singles Match: Rey Mysterio vs. Sin Cara Everyone wants to see it happen. Both guys need to do something.

Grudge Match: Dolph Ziggler vs. John Morisson This could be a good fued for both guys. Start it around rumble and continue it to through EC and on to Mania.

IC Title: Cody Rhodes vs. Ted Dibiase Ted turns face sometime between RR and Mania. Ted wins title from Cody sending Cody on the main event picture.

Thats 8 matches... Probably more than enough to fill up 4 hours as most of these matches need to be given a good amount of time. This will obviously leave some big names off the card...but there just isn't room for everyone.

Chris Jericho returning to face CM Punk or Randy Orton would be nice.

Triple H vs The Undertaker for the 3rd time? Hopefully no. I'd rather have Triple H face off against Punk or Nash(with Triple H being the face in this one) while 'Taker, perhaps a match with Barrett or Sheamus or a match against Jericho could work as well.

Cena versus the Rock was said to be for the WWE title but the match can easily stand on its own without the need for the presence of a championship belt for further hype. So in the case that it doesn't feature the WWE title, Miz could be booked as once again a champ heading into 'Mania and if Morrison(If he can improve in the mic, sure) gets a big push he could easily be an opponent for the Miz.

I know this is bit of a strech but if the Hell in a cell ppv poster shows that Kane may in fact return at or before the pay per view. I only hope that he has a new persona and character to make smackdown intresting again. I felt last year's feud with the Undertaker was extreamly well done. Kane finally got the big wins over The Undertaker three times in two of Undertaker's famous Matches. However, I feel their feud never really ended on a big moment. I did not like how wwe just ended their feud and never spoke of it again. I only hope when Kane returns at Hell in a Cell and the Rumor of Undertaker returning at Vengence. They will put these two in a feud leading into wrestlemania 28. I don't think jericho would be a good match for the undertaker i cannot take jericho serious. I mean if Shawn and HHH cannot beat Taker how could Jericho. Plus, this is Undertaker's 20th match at Wrestlemania so this has to be one of the best ones of all time. So here are some questions i have for you guys

1. Should Kanes Character get a revamp and if so how?

2. Should Kane and Undertaker finish their feud?

3. Should Kane face the Undertaker at Wrestlemania 28? if not then who?

First off, I believe that Mark Henry should win the World Title at Night of Champions and then successfully defend it on Smackdown following that. Next, Kane should come back for revenge against Mark Henry which leads to a Hell in a Cell match at the PPV of the same name.

Should Kane get a revamp? Yes, infact people have been asking for this for years. He should probably put the mask back on but keep the bald head and current attire. Like a re-invented Kane.

Should Kane/Taker finish their fued? No. Why? It's been done so many times now and by now everyone would be sick of it.

Last, why waste Undertaker's last WM match with Kane since they've already faced each other there twice. (No offense to Kane as he's a great wrestler it's just been done too many times.)

first off i absolutly love the idea of kane vrs undertaker! the first ppv i ever ordered was undertake vs kane in an inferno match. i just got back into wrestling big time a couple months b4 last years rr and missed where the nexus helpd bury taker. ON SUBJECT 1 i think both charecters need a revamp of their dark pasts. 2 the fued needs to be put to an end mabey a big match where taker wins pre mania. 3 yes kane and taker at wm in an epic match where kane gets the upper hand and wins and i remeber seen a long time ago the undertakers casket got hit with lightning and undertaker floated away id like to see something like that and then the undertaker retier!
