He is a much, much better talker and wrestler than Strowman, though.

Strowman is a pretty good talker, all things considered. And his mannerisms are pretty good as well. As a worker he could always be better.

I know virtually nothing about Big Cass. Other than by first glance he doesn't look as imposing as Strowman.
