What are the exact rules for bumping? For instance, I have a thread right now in The Bar Room for an Oscar predictions contest that is on the second page. Can I post, "Is anyone else interested in participating?," or would that be a violation of the bumping rules?
If it's Bar Room on the second page, feel free to bump.
As some people often have suggestions about the forum and also complaints about the way it is run, but not direct complaint thread style complaints, would it be a good idea to have a Forum Suggestion box?
I know this isn't strctly a question, just a suggestion, but there wasn't a suggestion box for me to put it in.

I hope this is the right spot for this, but I was just curious. I have two GFX tutorials I would like to share in the Digital Arts Sections. I have them both on my DeviantArt Page. It would be easier for me to send them a link to my DevianTart Page than to have to upload the two tuts to a large file downloader. Would I be breaking any rules by doing so since I'm not advertising a site, I just want to show them the tutorials?
If there is no way to simply copy/paste the information to a new thread, I'd say it would be all right to link them.
You could also try uploading them onto WZ. We have a file upload system as well.
Finally, if you are trying to send a virus to any user, I'll find out. I promise you won't have a chance at giving me a virus, but if your upload link contains viruses, it'll be roughly 2 seconds before you are permanently, and IP, banned.

I respect that. I've been a Designer for three or so years, been using Deviantart for two and haven't experienced any viral problems. In fact its the largest Artist site on the web. I can link you to it first so you can check if it is safe.

Go into the "Advanced" posting. At the bottom there is something that says "Manage Attachments".
You can upload them there. It's what I did with the Wrestling Ratings and stuff.

Mighty NorCal is a Global Moderator, which means he has power to moderate every forum on the board.
We have Administrators, Global Moderators, Moderators, and Members. Administrators are most powerful, members are least.
For a list of all, you can go to the main forum page, scroll down and click the link that says "Forum Leaders".
You have to check the box under the posting area that says "Show your signature". Once you do that, it will always show.
Before you begin posting too much in depth, I encourage you to read the rules of WZ forums. You can find them here in this forum.
