@IDR: I don't know who told you it was a can't miss promo, because I never expected it to be. And, in a way, it was can't miss for what it was. It wasn't mind blowing by any means whatsoever, but it developed a major storyline and if you missed it you might be out of touch with what was happening. It wasn't mind blowing, but it was still very good, and if you were expecting a 6/27 level promo then you need to learn. Hell, you can't even expect promos like that, they just happen once in a blue moon randomly. That's part of what makes them great.

Oh, I get that, believe me, but when I'm told it's "can't miss", I have a level of expectation that needs to be met, especially when it has to do with Punk returning after he just cut two or three of the best worked shoots I've heard in years.

To me, it barely met the minimum for that. Seemed like an average promo to build heat between HHH and CM Punk. Nothing really all that crazy. Pretty general back and forth.

It's all good, though. I'm not watching anymore, anyway. I just figured I'd stick around a few minutes to test the theory that one complaint over something everyone else loved would set the room off, and it worked to an extent. Had quite a few users come at me for it, despite being told it'd never happen.

Oh, and thank you Bolf Mozzarella and Game Boy for proving my point. Now if only I could remember which of the TNA complainers I said this would happen to, I'd be just a bit happier with the result. Probably xfear or KB, but I don't really remember.

Looking at their whole careers, I'd agree, Rey has had a better career overall. But looking at their value currently, Punk is better. By miles.
