But that makes too much sense.
Hey, making sense is a good thing.

Yeah the Dudebusters were awesome, their whole goofy surfer dude/nerd thing they had going on like old Edge & Christian was great, too bad they couldn't let them develop as a team. But as Zion said, the WWE really doesn't give a fuck about tag teams, so whatever. Atleast we still get to see Trent rip shit up on Superstars with Tyson Kidd and others. Give that kid 10 minutes and he almost always delivers a really good little match on that show against just about anyone. I hadn't seen much of Croft before or after he was let go, so I didn't see him leaving as too big of a loss though.

Give the guy some personality and we could have a possible Jeff Hardy sans the drugs.

Jeff Hardy had personality? Oh, and Trent is already a better technical wrestler than Hardy could ever dream to be. Hardy was a proven risk-taker, which made anything and everything he did intriguing, but, working a long match without a ton of spots wasn't his thing. Trent is different.

What's the point of firing one and keeping the other? That's like cutting your dick off and leaving the balls.

WWE doesn't give a shit about its tag division. They put those teams together to, A. Find out if one of them (or both) has talent, and B. Give guys who are just hanging around something to do.

Trent is wayyy better than Croft, in every way imaginable.

It was more an age thing. Trent is 24 while Croft is 32 i think. It was the same reason that Vance Archer was released and Curt Hawkins was not. A team of Hawkins & Baretta was actually supposed to happen due to their Dudebuster past in FCW but alas nothing.

Trent could be an awesome midcard talent if he was given decent exposure on Smackdown and got some mic time. He has the in ring style that crowds love, and as seen in the very few promos he was given as part of the Dudebusters a good while back, he is funny, charasmatic, and has a personality. Vince much prefers to stack the midcard with boring and bland guys with the occasional entertaining guy thrown in, so Trent won't be heading anywhere soon, so I'm perfectly happy for him to be given time on Superstars to showcase his talent in anything that lasts over 5 minutes.

32 is old now? Man I hate this age hogwash. A good wrestler is a good wrestler. Never stopped HBK from doing his thing. HBK could sell out the world if he felt like it and he's in his 40's. He'd sell it out in his 50's too.

I never got the age stuff. If you can wrestle, cut a good promo and just be entertaining and do your job I don't see what the problem is. So that leaves me to believe that the issue here is simply one being more talented than the other.

I always liked Croft better, though. Berreta looks kind of weird. His nipples are distracting (no homo, they're just either too dark or too big and it's odd) and he's got googly eyes.

You answered your own question.

Neither guy has shown an abundance of personality, but Trent is clearly the better worker. More athletic, better physique, etc. Looking at Trent, you can tell he can still add a good deal of weight to that frame, which is something he needs to do.

I always found Croft to be the better worker also. He worked a technical style and sounded much more comfortable on the mic than Trent was. I always felt bad for the guy as he had been released by WWE twice(In 2006 & 2010).

:lmao: Since when did being able to talk, bumping like crazy for others, and having a unique look make you garabage? I dont get you guys.

He had perfectly well fleshed out offense the other night against Trent Baretta.

The entire group of Slater / Gabriel / Kidd / Baretta / Uso's the "Superstars crew" as it were, ALL have everything it takes, if given the proper character development.

I hear they formed a band. They call themselves "The Future Endeavors".

Dude on what planet can Heath Slater cut even an average promo? That dude is fucking AWFUL on the mic. Like, one of the worst I've ever heard. He sounds like a nervous 8 year old girl. He should never be given a mic for an reason again. He can bump and sell, and hold his own in a match, and that's it. He's fine for a lower midcard jobber, but anything else and you're pushing it. They shouldn't waste any time trying to push him though when they have other young guys they could give that push to with actual potential to get over, like Justin Gabriel. Which is why Gabriel got a video package last week, and Slater gets nothing and likes it.

Plus, he's already working for TNA.

Slater won a one on one match this week that was given around ten minutes.

Justin Gabriel is superior on the mic because he has been a wrestler for about 12 years already. Heath will develop over time, and given the proper direction, isnt nearly as bad as you are making him out to be

The only proper direction for him is to be a mime. But hey, at least he doesn't bomb as bad as The Miz did.

Yeah that Miz guy never panned out.

Oh....wait.
Oh please, nobody took The Miz seriously until he won the belt. Frankly I don't think anyone takes him seriously even after he held it. Sure he's got the skills to be an incredible ... mid carder, but still just imagine The Miz saying "I'm going to kick your ass!". Gets me every time. More like "I'm going to frown as hard as I can and look like I have a huge underbite while I mediocre my ass for fifteen minutes and accomplish abo****ely nothiiiiing". Yeah, he turned "mediocre" into a verb.

I don't know, I don't appreciate Chris Jericho clones. At least not the bad ones. I don't get his appeal. To me, Miz supporters are as mistifying as Zack Ryder supporters.

Oh....wait.

Yeah. God worked in mysterious ways to stick it to the world with that one.

I have a WWE magazine from 2008 that talks about first time champions. Under The Miz, who's first title was the WWE Tag Team title, it read "The Miz won his first title along side John Morrison. Watch out for flying pigs".
