Because TNA's problem is booking not personality. Most of their wrestlers have fantastic personalities.
WWE can't lay claim to the same. Most of their roster are card-carrying members of the DPC (Dialtone Personality Club), which makes for phenomenally boring feuds/segments.

You could say that about ANY wrestler but if everyone treated a situation seriously wrestling would be very boring and simply MMA without a real action and what would MMA be without the fights? Pure shit.

I'm tellin' ya man, TNA has all the tools necessary. Their biggest issue is booking nothing more. 98% of that roster has more talent than some of the WWE has in combinations.
