It was quite entertaining for WWE man that's for sure, I wish I would have caught the whole show but I tuned in right at the time I posted in this thread.
I maintain that the finish was and odd one, and the recapping of Sting Jarret wasn't necessary, but TNA definitely made it 2 fantastic Impacts in a row. Interestingly enough my favourite segment was possibly Kendrick's promo, but Angle/Red, the return of Supermex and everything Sting was also right up there.

Actually I am. WWE isn't the end all be all that the marks believe it is. ROH currently has better storylines than WWE or TNA (save for the nXtWo) and both companies have alot better talent than WWE does. Add those two together and you have great stories with fantatic in ring matches and WWE would be inbig trouble. Just because someone doesn't "get" TNA or the indies (which clearly more than half of this board doesn't) doesn't mean they can't do stuff better than the big bad WWE.

Just because the super smarks think it's good shit doesn't translate into sucsess. WWE gets how to get and keep fans around, I doubt that will ever change. The closest thing was WCW in 96, Vince survived that and learned from it. The same mistakes that had him on his heels back then won't be made again. There are just too big and know how to deal with shit now. Maybe when Vince dies and the next in line fuck it up, but not while he's still kickin'.
TNA could get together with RoH, FIP, CZW, Chikara, Dragon Gate, Evolve, JAPW, PWA, PWG and any other nothing indy promotion I've forgotten about and it would make absolutely no difference.
Growth at this level requires three things: Money, Quality and Exposer. TNA do fine as far as quality goes, what they lack is resources and attention, which no minnow promotion can help them with.
