The Survivor Series LD on 11/21 Will See Where The Winds of Change Blow John Cena!

The shortest argument in history? When you knew guys like Shattered Dreams and Zevon_Zion would definitely be involved? "Clearly beyond being reached," without a doubt. "Shortest argument?" Likely not so much. Don't forget your Tylenol.

Well obviously they were oh so right.

EV2 really moved the fuckin needle for TNA, didnt they

EV2 moved the needle. They moved the needle from bad TV to unwatchable TV.

but THEY did move the needle........

get it? They?! Too bad THEY (Immortal) are almost worse then EV2

How would you argue it?

I would define a cult as a very select group of people that support something while everyone else doesn't. Almost like ECW with their violance. Only a specific majority liked what they were doing while others looked for an alternative, like WCW or WWF that had violance, but had actual wrestling among other things to balance it out. TNA may be slightly heavy on it's violance, but it's no where near ECW used to be. TNA can still hope and have grown and spread out and is still slowly growing, almost like when the WWF started expanding back in the 70s and 80s. ECW almost never got anywhere, and that plus their limited fanbase led to their destruction. Therefore TNA cannot be defined as a cult following.

The sad thing is that the THEY story isn't half bad actually. It's just that when you need four days and about 5 threads explaining to you why most of the plot holes aren't plot holes, there's a problem.

Bite your tongue. ECW was amazing for the period of time it was alive. They could have filled arenas if they actually tried or expanded a bit more. There was room for expansion.

There are ALWAYS going to be five or more threads devoted to an angle worth any consequence.

I pressed the button. Nothing happened.
Yea I bet they move the fuckin needle, filled with drugs, right into their veins
You win the war of humor. Excellent job sir.
I actually quite dig the Immortals angle, just unfortunate there are no intruiging faces to battle them
I wouldn't know. EV2 was the breaking point for me, and I gave up on TNA. CW Anderson and Justin Credible (with a new name) wrestled a PPV match instead of AJ Styles, I haven't watched since.

ummmm, no. ECW couldn't expand. They didn't have the revenue to consistently afford to lease arenas, and arenas might not even be willing to host their violent brand of wrestling, and they would have had to drastically raise ticket prics, maybe to a level where people wouldn't go. And I doubt they would have filled a 20,000 arena.

Did you attend a few ECW shows back in the day? I was at shows and heard of shows they had to turn drones of fans away because they couldn't seat them.

No I wasn't. I do however remember them expanding. I also remember them because they're not around anymore because of said expansion. And because of, you know, sucking.

they explained it about 934987623469498230487 times. why explain it 934987623469498230488 times. Even mentally handicapped children can understand he's fired if he loses.

Cena DEFINITELY didn't do that on his own. He had security with him. If he didn't do it on his own, the security wouldn't know to go with him. Plus they managed to catch it all on camera.

it was on his own, trust me. They have these shows planned down to the exact minute, and putting up the graphic wasn't a mistake. Of course the security followed him, that's their job.
