Maybe not on the 4th, but it could have happened in time for Wrestlemania. Hogan had a say so in when it happened, but not it happening all together. There are many fail safes to put out there. The Rock, Stone Cold, and a few others would be just as good. Hart is a draw. Vince knew this.
