Old School RAW LD welcomes you to the New Generation of Rock N' Wrestling on 11/15

but i thought if cena ever hit barrett that he would get fired?
Its WWE bro, you think they would actually fire him? WWE thinks the viewers are mentally challenged. They let obvious things slide, when they think we won't catch on. It's all about the excitement factor.

Is this the 2nd largest Raw LD, next to the Nexus invasion?
based on number of replies, no.

RAW after SummerSlam 2010:1109 replies
RAW 900th episode: 1078
Trump Buys RAW (6/15/09): 1023
2009 WWE Draft: 1007
This LD: 1002 and counting

This was a kickass RAW. I would love to see them make it an annual occurrence.

No, he's wrong. The reason Barrett didn't fire him was because then he'd lose his biased ref for Sunday's match.

Awesome episode of RAW tonight. I was thoroughly entertained the whole time and the PPV coming up was not lost in the shuffle, which was great. The nostalgia was off the charts and there were a ton of mark out moments for myself and, clearly, most of you guys as well.

We were all excited for this show, but had a thought that it would come short of our expectations, but I think those thoughts are gone now. Great RAW!

Nah, if it becomes annual I think it will lose it's luster.
no way in hell. Next year they do a similar raw, use the late 90's set/look, and try to get mid-late 90's people too. Year after use the early 00's look, then go back to this look the following year. It would work fine.

If the New York Yankees can get away with doing it every year with the same exact people, why can't the WWE?

It's different, besides does that game or whatever it is actually draw anything?

Raw was fucking epic tonight. Best time I've probably ever had at a live event.
I hate you sooooo much. I wish I was there.

It's similar, and I would tell you the ratings but I wouldn't know where to find it. Either way, it shouldn't negatively affect ratings, since it's a normal show with just a different look.

I'm in agreement Theo. I'm only 2 hours away, but can't afford it, and they sold out I think (I checked Ticketmaster).

Seeing Money Inc, Dusty Rhodes, Tatanka, and Tito Santana was awesome. Ron Simmons saying DAMN was fucking fantastic. Getting to see the Brooklyn Brawler job brought back a lot of early childhood memories. And we even got a snippet of Lord Alfred Hayes voice. Great RAW.

All i have to say is this is THE best RAW of 2010 so far and not all the humor was just kids as everyone liked at least the majority of it.

Overall Raw as a great show last night. I would def. say best of 2010. I loved the beginning with Cowboy Bob, JR coming back, and the ending with Piper, Orton, Barrett, and Cena. Sometimes the 3 hour shows seem to be drawn out, but I think they did a great job.

They could build on this concept and do an Attidue Era Raw is War next year and I think it would be huge, especially if they are going to "push the envelope" like I've seen reports of.

It would be awesome if next year they did Raw is War it would probally get a very good draw if word got round to the attitude era marks. But they will have to go all out again like they did with this one (Old tron, red ropes, raw is war banners and ring skirts, JR and King call it and the old Raw is War open with the new guys in and bring in some late 90's guys.)
