He's being used less by WWE. He was out with an injury but is now healed up. He's waiting until creative has something for him. From what I understand he's a character that they feel can only be used once in awhile.

Well first he was recovering from a calf injury, and then he got his teeth replaced. Right now he is just inactive and they said they would only use him limitly for backstage promos.

More or less. He's sitting at home collecting a paycheck. He's eligible to return at any time though.

He isn't active due too injuries. I believe he is still under contract. So he could be seen on TV but not at the moment.

from my understanding it was about respect... Batista isnt really liked backstage, his top priorities in life isnt wrestling, so i guess it rubbed Booker T the wrong way.

Who decides what wrestler should be pushed? what do they look at in a wrestler?

Depends on what company you want to know. The creative/booking teams pick who they want to push, with Vince over seeing all of it. Everything goes through vince in the end.

And they look at marketability, and work rate. Wrestling is about making money. SO they try to figure out the guys who can make them the most money.

Did they ever use fake blood in the WWE/F (with the exception of blood coming from the mouth, that was obviously mostly fake), or was it always done by "blading"?

WWE guys all blade from what I know. If you know what to look for, you willl see them doing it. Pretty much all wrestlers in all promotions blade, its about as common as a headlock from what I understand.

They definitely use fake blood. Sometimes. I saw a video on Youtube once of a referee slipping a blood packet under the hand of Mr. Kennedy. You couldn't actually see the packet, but it's obvious what he did.
