Yes actually there has been. It was on either Superstars or Wrestling Challenge but there was a 40 man battle royal in the early/mid 90s.

ok i have a question. when brian kendrick first came to wwe as spanky, he seemed to get over on velocity fairly well to me. but then he just disapeared and comes back as brian kendrick. can anyone tell my why he left and where he was. thx

Kendrick left to go to ZERO01, he then had a brief stint in TNA and then went to ROH before returning to WWE.
His excuse for initially leaving was "It was a lot of fun and an honor to be there. It's just that what I wanted out of wrestling at this time, they weren't offering. I could be in Kurt Angle's spot, but it still wouldn't be what I'm looking for. "What I'm looking for is a chance to wrestle and to wrestle for a while and to tell stories in matches; ten, fifteen, twenty, thirty minutes, whatever it might be," he said. That's not really what they (WWE) specialize in. The matches are short and sweet. They're more focused on entertaining people with shenanigans, bikini contests, people getting sprayed with stuff or screwing a corpse, which is fine. It's funny stuff, it's entertaining I guess. Shane was trained by Vince, Patteron and Brisco. Not sure on Vince, but I'd guess Patterson and Brisco as well.
I think I am right in saying every WWE title has a 30 day no-compete clause, right?
Does this mean that if they don't wrestle for 30 days in a title defence it is removed or is it that they have to be able to wrestle (medically) during the next 30 days or it is removed from them?

I've always been under the impression that the "30-day compete clause" was a work. Some wrestler's go over 30 days without defending their Championships. (the Tag titles, Intercontinental and Women's have all went at least 30 days on more than one occasion within the previous set of years I'm sure)
So my guess is, it's only valid when they want it to be. But if I were to guess, it'd be linked to any and every title.
As Night of Champions 2008 - Was the Tag Team Championship Match such that Cody Rhodes defeated himself (technically)? I mean, the bell was rung when Cody was on Hardcore Holly's team, so it could only have bean either a handicap in favour of Holly or a 2v2 with 1 wrestler on both sides?

Is there anyway i will get to see wcw back???? i know vince owns everything about wcw now (which is why this belongs in the wwe ask a question thread imo) but, do you actually think he would be willing to use it like he did ecw?? (god i hope not) what i mean is actually give the show back to the ones that ran it back in the day (im not really sure who did other than russo/bissoff, hey, who ran wcw?? while were at this question game) and let the wcw/wwe wars re-start but at the same time, vince gets ALL the money....from both shows hes just not running one....i know they tried this with ecw and it didnt work, but i truly think it could work is wcw what do you guys think?
