Well, Shane Douglas was actually handed the IC Belt back in 95, when Shawn forfeited it. He then had his match with Razor.

As for the tournament, I enjoy it. It gets the Tag Teams more credibility, which all of them need after being beaten, namely Beer Money. My hopes for them to win this tournament
