I've always felt that the biggest step that hasn't been taken yet is to do all the PPVs live and out of the Impact Zone. If the cost thing doesn't allow all the Impacts, fine. However, making Pay Per Views meaningful by selling tickets to them as they would take place around the country would be a great step in the right direction. Plus, you'd almost insure that more should happen at them by virtue of doing them in front of a paying audience that you have to account for.
