I'd assume that if the winner gets tossed out, Vince would tell the referee's a change of plans. Then, the next elimination (assuming there is one) would be told by the refs, who will in turn tell at least one of the people in the ring. They can make it out as if they were angry and yelling at the match. Then, by word-of-mouth, they can act accordingly.

For their sake's, let's hope the winner doesn't get tossed out. That sentence sounded a little strange.
