Man, this thing! This guy machine has been the toughest boss thus far. Its sprite is cute though.

Yeah he's the toughest boss disregarding the new content. You'll need just about every job mastered in order to beat him. For sure you need Dual-weild, X-Attack, and mastered Sword magic.

I love them, thank you Dagger they are great.

Glad you liked it, figured you'd get a kick out of oldschool Link!

Man and here I was hoping Navi wanted to join WZCW

I decided to hand out a few 8 bit Links to the LD people this week.

No I'm not into fantasy matches and booking and stuff like that. I'm a horrible writer and don't have the time really. But I do enjoy reading the shows.

You'd only be doing RP posts which are essentially your promos. The Creative team does the booking. If you ever change your mind you'd be welcome to join us.

Legend of Zelda is one of my favourite games to play. Hence my username is Link's fairy. LOL It was either her or Tatti.

If I ever change my mind I'll let you know about joining.

And don't worry about being a horrible writer.

I'm sure you'd be far from the worst.

You've only seen short bursts, believe me I can repeat myself till the cows come home.

Get Final Fantasy 15. You must've seen the -stand by me- FF15 trailer by now. Does it not look fantastic? I've done a 180 since seeing new footage.

Haven't seen that yet and don't have the money for an Xbox One yet, so it will have to wait. I spent too much on ringside seats for TLC.

I played the demo, or the prologue as they are calling it... To be honest, I thought it was utter garbage. I'm a dyed in the wool Final Fantasy fan but I thought it was terrible. Maybe the game will be far different from that but I can only go on what I seen and played and it was a terrible experience.

I got ff15 preordered already, hope it doesn't get pushed back again....was supposed to come out in Sept before getting pushed to Nov

Watch it get pushed to Christmas.

I'm the same. You have to look worldwide to find bigger FF fans than me, but ever since FFX the series has not been the same. The only title I've really liked since then was FF4 The After Years, and even it has a few major issues in the final chapter I dislike. I would give anything for something on par with the experiences of FF7 or FF9 again.

I'd return the series to a high gloss turn based role playing game like it should be. In a reverse role, I'd have the player take the role of The Villain that has to vanquish the pesky heroes for a change. Have world's similar to the FFX world and characters not unlike Albert's Odyssey (highly entertaining NPCs). Have a tech vs organic/magic theme that seems to have worked for a base story in past FF games (if it ain't broke) and continue the theme of loved characters biting the dust in dramatic fashion.

I totally agree. Final Fantasy changed too much to try and stay ahead of the curve. The experiment has failed though. They may have claimed new fans but they have pushed away the fans that made the series what it was. They ought to get back to what made the games as successful as they were and stop trying to reinvent the wheel.

Playing the villain instead would be silly yet fun.

I want a return to the old style personally. The medieval setting with the classic character classes. It does not have to be as extensive as FF5's character classes. Only the good ones need to be used. Warrior, Red Mage, White Mage, Black Mage, Blue Mage, Summoner, Monk, Ninja, and such. FF4 had the best of both worlds. Jobs AND character development. Every main character had a clearly defined character class with special skills that were THEIRS due to said character class. The Sphere Grid in FFX was phenominal, but we don't have to have every character learning every ability. Now there's too much of that style going on in every title. I don't want a guy who comes off Warrior-ish who can also cast Flare or Curaga. Nor do I want a leading lady who comes off Caster-ish who can also attack every target in melee 4 times in a row. The old ability systems made every hero memorable. I want the jobs back, and for them to do it with significant character development at the same time. It may be too much to ask. This only helps fuel my desire to give my old game a massive polish. With less content and less silly names for things, I think the nostalgic crowd may have enjoyed it.

It's that time of the year again.... I'll be doing my Alignment listings soon. From most good to most evil. Everyone on the active roster. I've normally done it around the Lottery.

Lawful Good
Chaotic Good
Neutral Good
Neutral Evil
Lawful Evil
Chaotic Evil

Interesting. I'd place Keaton in between Neutral and Lawful Evil somewhere.

Sounds fun.

I'd actually place Tony in the same bracket as Keaton. Interested in seeing where you put him.
