This I agree with to an extent. I have no problem with them saying to join in the conversation by following WWE and Hashtagging the show name. But telling us who/what is trending gets too much.My flatmate, who does not like wrestling, observed the prevalence of twitter stuff as a negative. I think it's overcooked, trying to be too down with the kids.
The thing is though that McMahon is likely of the belief that any mainstream publicity is good publicity. As such, Trending on Twitter (a mainstream phenomenon) is publicity that McMahon thinks is good. Also, and this is crucial, people appear to be confusing trending with actual popularity.
Still Cena > Rock in their head to head promos by a mile.

Cena feels much more natural and comfortable.Still Cena > Rock in their head to head promos by a mile.
We got Bret vs Vince
We're getting Rock back right now
Is there any pipe-dream left besides Sting-Taker?
Surely you jest.

Yeah, I kinda forgot to preface my statement with all publicity except for the criminal type.Yep, except for when it makes WWE look bad, like with that Canadian guy with anger issues. I forget his name. Never gotten the idea of any publicity is good publicity.

The Rock just feels like he has memorized (or is reading) his speak. The Rock is a good actor, but this doesn't translate that well to the atmosphere of WWE, for me.
Yep! I find myself easily agreeing with Cena's argument on this.Nope. Rock has made stupid jokes, gay jokes, done stupid voices and has been on Raw what, three times? Cena has pointed out that Rock has been gone seven years but he's been here the whole time and has gone toe to toe with Rock on every word. Rock has played this more like a kid than Cena has the entire time.
Still Cena > Rock in their head to head promos by a mile.
