On SmackDown, WWE Chief Operating Officer Triple H revealed he would make a decision regarding the WWE Title scenario, which was further complicated last week by a returning CM Punk. Who is the rightful champion: John Cena or The Second City Savior?

The WWE Title changed hands twice in the same epic night on Raw, ultimately landing the possession of John Cena, who stood face-to-face with the controversial CM Punk - the tattooed bearer of his own WWE Championship.​

The championship storyline took an interesting turn when Punk marched to the ring blaring Cult of Personality. The interesting fact about Punk is that he probably is the first superstar in history of WWE that they promote or advertise his promos.

The week before MITB and this week they try to hype the show by telling people that he will talk. They put the emphasis in the talking alone and not in the topic. That shows how good Punk is on the mic.


And for tonight, any kind od show which result in a Cena/Punk Summerslam Mainevent can't not be good.

I shall be here, but I won't be very active in the LD tonight as I'm taking over the Raw report duties over at 411mania for a few weeks until we find someone new to take the job permanently. I already cover TNA PPVs and soon Smackdown for them so I'm definitely not trying to add RAW on top of that permanently.

Should be an exciting show tonight, we'll get to see what the big plans for Summerslam are most likely.

Very much looking forward to RAW tonight, I haven't been excitedly awaiting the 9PM timeslot on Monday nights in a loooooong time, so good job to WWE so far.

Hoping for "Cult Of Personality" and CM Punk to open the show. Absolutely love that song, fits him perfectly.
