IMO, there is going to be less wrestling in the build up to Wrestlemania to prevent injuries to the stars.

That's why they were feuding? I must have missed that. I thought it was because Orton punted McMahon in the head and Trips wanted to avenge him.

But if that's the case, it makes the line blurry. But Orton was acting so blatantly heel throughout the feud that it was impossible to cheer for him.

Punk, on the other hand, is pointing out the facts and Orton is, once again, attacking people unprovoked. I'm just finding it easier to cheer for Punk than to cheer for Orton.

Trips was avenging Stephanie McMahon. Orton waited 5 years and got revenge by beating up family members.

Except Punk is going about it by being an asshole bad guy, while Orton isn't. The past is the past, the present is how you decide who to cheer for.


I agree completely, there were morons here who thought Orton should have been cheered for DDTing a woman who did shit to him, because Trips kicked him out of Evolution 5 years prior.

Orton is coming across as the asshole bad guy to me. I'm finding myself being sympathetic towards Punk because of the attacks by Orton on Nexus and then him running away before they can get their revenge. I just can't get behind Orton in this feud.
