WWE RAW 11/21/2011 - The Final Countdown Begins

Ryder is a guy that has gotten more and more over every week. What in the world is the point in him losing here? Alberto certainly should have gone over and I'm certainly not saying otherwise, but I don't see the point in squashing Ryder. Why not have say Morrison in there?

Except that wasn't a squash. Ryder had a good showing for himself, even had Del Rio set up for his finishing move. You have once again improved Ryder's status by association, by once again putting him with a main-eventer. Of course, no one can believe he would beat Del Rio, so he doesn't, but just being in the same ring lends credibility.

In just a couple of months, Ryder has gone from never seeing his name on the Raw card, to working with main-eventers for almost a month straight.

The booking was fine. Much better to have Ryder in there with Del Rio than some schmuck.

The way the video was presented, makes me think it's a Y2J return. But the video itself looks like it's a Kane return.
