I thought it was good. Ryder is over so it helps get del Rio some heat back, and Ryder looks good by being fairly competitive with someone who was WWE Champ 24 hours ago.
Ryder is in a position where the more he loses the more support the fans will give him. They will continue to rally behind him and eventaully when he gets the big win it will be meaningful.

Ryder is a guy that has gotten more and more over every week. What in the world is the point in him losing here? Alberto certainly should have gone over and I'm certainly not saying otherwise, but I don't see the point in squashing Ryder. Why not have say Morrison in there?

You know that stereotype the company has where they don't push the stars they didn't make? Well, for the most part it's actually true, and Zack Ryder made himself, not WWE. I sincerely doubt they'll ever give him a legitimate push. And not that I'm bitching, I don't like Ryder and don't get his appeal at all, but not pushing the douchebag is typical WWE horseshit.

My only problem with RAW so far is that Johnny Ace said that Zack Ryder cannot beat Dolph Ziggler.
Ummmmm, Zack Ryder has pinned Dolph Ziggler like 5 times since September, including 100% clean in the middle of the ring 4 weeks ago.
I agree with the notion of him losing to ADR. He can afford a loss, and while I wish it was a bit more competitive, it's not terrible; especially since he angered an already angry ADR by interrupting the introduction. And if it leads to ZR feuding with the US Champion it'd be awesome.
