I should be happy about Aries at Destination X. But I can't stop thinking about

a) Gunner being in the world title picture. Fucking. Gunner. A guy who's only marginally better than Crimson because he has superior facial hair.

and

b) Angle and Jarrett again. I don't know whether that's annoying, expected, confusing or hilarious. I'm going to go with hilarious.

Please show me were it says Angle gave Jarrett a rematch?

Also I didn't know Anderson fighting someone in a non title match is considered being in the title picture. He asked for a title shot, but didn't get one.

Jarrett interrupted Angle. This heavily implies that their feud will continue. If the feud was over, Angle and Anderson would have begun their angle.

Not just "fighting". Gunner defeated Mr Anderson. This heavily implies that Gunner and Anderson will work a programme. As Anderson is the world champion, this puts Gunner in the world title picture.

* The show opens with TNA World Heavyweight Champion Mr. Anderson coming out for a party regarding his title win at Slammiversary. Anderson says that no one came because he didn’t send out any invites because he’s an *******. Gunner comes out and wants a title shot after helping Anderson with Sting last week. Anderson says Gunner’s services are no longer needed which leads to Gunner tossing Anderson through the party table before leaving.

* Brother Devon b. Hernandez via disqualification when Mexican America and “The Pope” D’Angelo Dinero got involved.

* Backstage, Eric Bischoff, Hulk Hogan and the rest of Immortal were having a meeting before Bischoff and Hogan kicked them out of their office. Bischoff and Hogan then talked about The Network and wanting to keep them happy.

* Austin Aries b. Jimmy Rave and Kid Kash to “win a contract” with iMPACT Wrestling and a spot in the Ultimate X match at the Destination X pay-per-view.

* Kurt Angle comes down to the ring and announces he is attempting to make an Olympic comeback for the 2012 games from London, England. He adds that he is done fighting with Jeff Jarrett. Jarrett comes out and says that their feud is far from over and that he wants another match. Angle tells Jeff that it’s time to move on before leaving.

* TNA Knockouts Tag Team Champions Rosita and Sarita b. Miss Tessmacher and Velvet Sky in a non-title match. During the match, ODB as well as the returning Jacqueline got involved.

* Backstage, Eric Bischoff and Hulk Hogan were seen talking about something again, although it was unclear what was said.

* Rob Van Dam b. Samoa Joe after hitting the Five-Star Frog Splash. After the match, the two superstars shook hands.

* Backstage, Winter was shown having a conversation with Angelina Love. She mentions how they are meant to be together like centuries ago, similar to weeks before.

* Gunner b. TNA World Heavyweight Champion Mr. Anderson in a non-title match when Eric Bischoff got involved. During the match, Gunner was busted open badly and bled throughout the remainder of it. After the match, Bischoff and Gunner stood over Anderson as Bischoff was mocking Anderson to close the show.

So it looks like Angle doesn't give Jeff a rematch like I said and not only does Anderson get thrown through a table Eric Bischoff also gets involved in the ME to assist Gunner.

Last night John Cena and CM Punk had a non title match and beat him. Do you see CM Punk getting a title shot after Truth or do you think Truth will get a few matches?


Just because someone fights the champion in a non title match doesn't mean he is thrown into the ME picture for the title. He asked for a title shot and didn't get one.

BTW since the next PPV is an all X Division PPV Angle/Anderson won't happen for 2 months. Is it such a problem to have Angle and Jarrett come out to close out there program before jumping into Angle and Anderson?

The report that was in here didn't have that level of detail. But seen as Angle and Jarrett had that confrontation, it's understandable to assume that their feud will continue. Neither seem to have anything else to do and this is TNA.

The fact that "Bischoff and Gunner stood over Anderson as Bischoff was mocking Anderson to close the show" just reaffirms my belief that they will work a programme. Gunner will be in the world title picture. And that's just wrong.

Dark Match:
Chris Masters beat Curt Hawkins. Hawkins got nearly as loud an ovation as Zack Ryder did and even got a decent chant mid match. The crowd were really into Masters offence and he won with the master lock.

Superstars:
Zack Ryder beat Primo. Ryder was over huge with RAW being in Long Island. He did mic work and all his catchphrases from the Youtube series were over. The crowd was chanting for Ryder the entire time. Ryder pulled out a pescado. Primo took over, slamming Ryder shoulderfirst into the ringpost. Ryder mounted a comeback but was cut off. Ryder came back with a legdrop for a two count. Primo went for the back cracker but Ryder held the ropes and nailed his finisher for the pinfall. Good match that the crowd was into.

Drew McIntyre beat Vladimir Kozlov. Drew proclaimed himself to be "The American Nightmare" before the match.

Smackdown opens with World champion Randy Orton coming out and announcing his concussion but says that he doesn't care and still wants a piece of Christian. Teddy Long comes out and says he doesn't care and wants Christian. Long says he can't allow Orton to compete. Christian comes out and says he's going to win the World title this Sunday. This brings out Sheamus who says he beat Orton last week and he's the one who deserves a title shot. Christian calls him Strawberry Shortcake and tells him that it's not his time. Long announces Christian vs. Sheamus for the main event tonight.

AJ Styles vs. Samoa Joe vs. Chris Daniels in a rematch of the best match in TNA history is set for the 7/10 TNA Destination X PPV.

The company is absolutely reaching out to talents from outside the company for the PPV as well.

- On this Thursday's WWE Superstars, Tyson Kidd will once again have a new manager at his side. This time it will be fellow WWE Superstar JTG.

JTG appeared with Kidd at tonight's tapings and before the match, cut an in-ring promo about success. Kidd then lost the match to Kane, making a rare WWE Superstars appearance.

Kidd has used various managers over the past few weeks including Armando Estrada, Michael Hayes, Vickie Guerrero and Matt Striker.

*Josh Matthews interviewed Big Show inside the ring, asking why him why he was here on Smackdown. Show said that he heard Alberto Del Rio was going to be here. Long comes out and says that if Alberto is here, Show cannot lay a hand on him. He said that Del Rio is contemplating pressing charges on Show for what he did to Ricardo on Raw. Long said he and Show will both lose their jobs if that happens (the crowd cheered, really), but Show has an opponent tonight - Mark Henry.

The match never really happens as Show goes nuts and destroys Henry, laying him out. Officials and medics come out and Henry is stretchered out.

*Alicia Fox, Rosa Mendes & Tamina defeated AJ, Natalya & Kaitlyn when Tamina pinned AJ with a Samoan Drop.

*Johnny Curtis cuts a promo backstage saying his debut is near and (standing near a miniature gold setup) he's going to be the Ace in the hole, pulling an Ace Card out of the hole.

I kind of hope Sheamus is added to the match at Capitol Punishment. Sure the match quality may take a hit, but the chances of Christian winning the title back go up a lot if Orton doesn't have to do the job.

They did this same thing back in the fall of '09 where they just threw up their hands and went "Fuckit, lets just book the Unbreakable three-way....AGAIN", and it was awesome. It's always awesome.

Destination X is shaping up to be like the best TNA PPV in years.

Alberto Del Rio comes out for an in-ring segment. He says no one can stop him from winning the WWE Championship because it's his destiny. He says he isn't afraid of Big Show or anyone else. Del Rio proclaims he will dedicate his match against Show to Ricardo Rodriguez. He continues to taunt him until Big Show comes out and runs him out of the ring. Big Show goes nuts, tearing up the ring and ringside area as Del Rio looks shocked.

1) Bully Ray def. Scott Steiner after hitting him with a chain in a Bound For Glory Series Match..

-Sting and Eric Bischoff, go back and forth on the mic in the ring. Sting then attacks Bischoff, and paints his face red. He locks him in the Scorpion DeathLock until he passes out.

(2) Jacqueline and ODB def. Velvet Sky and Miss Tessmacher after Jackie hit a low blow on Velvet.

(3) Crimson and Matt Morgan def. Beer Money in a "Bound For Glory Tag Series" Match. Morgan hit the Carbon Footprint on Roode.

-AJ Styles comes out to the ring and talks about the X Division and its history. He's interrupted by Daniels and later Samoa Joe. Daniels asks if the fans want to see the match everyone wants one last time? AJ agrees and it is implied that they are talking about Daniels vs AJ Styles. Samoa Joe gets upset and says a few things to AJ.

(4) Shima Xian swd. Frederico Palacio and Dakota Darsow in a 3-Way Match to earn a Contract for Destination X. He won with a 450 Splash.

(5) Winter def. Velvet Sky in a Falls Count Anywhere Match.

(6) Abyss def. Sting via DQ when Sting used a Barbed Wire Glove on Abyss.
