Alright, NBT, I'll help you out a little bit. I had a few things in mind, I"ll give you a couple of my original ideas:
1) The whole thing was meant to culminate with Hogan vs. Vader. By the last show, Vader and Hogan were going to be built up as unstoppable. Vader has the support of Jim Cornette, who has also arranged for several backups for Vader, including Big Bossman, who you dropped, and possibly Lex Luger. Luger and Bossman were originally going to start off fueding, and then work together once Cornette starts looking for "hired muscle".
Hogan and Cena were going to fued for the first couple of shows. I was thinking for the first show, have an ambiguous finish, so no-one knows who the winner is. This way, you could have a rematch in the card. Maybe one last match at the next show to hold you over. While all this is going on, Vader fueds with Goldberg, then probably Booker T, and maybe eventually Jake Roberts.
2)The whole point of Jeff Jarrett being the one that brought in the New Age Outlaws was so that he could avoid Booker T and Goldust, who were partners. First show would have seen Booker T and Goldust vs. The New Age Outlaws. Booker and Goldy get the win, Booker tries once more to get his hands on Jarrett, but finds that Jarrett has convinced Cornette that Booker vs. Vader would be a match everyine would want to see. Vader vs. Booker. Eventually, Jarrett can't hide any longer, and they face off, preferably for the midcard title. Now, Idk if you read my promos from before, but Booker made it clear to Goldust that thier reunion is a one time thing. They go thier own ways after Booker beats Jarrett. But Goldust is unstable. He still follows Booker T around, interferes in matches, etc. Booker finally gets in Goldusts face, which triggers a heel turn for Goldust, possibly switching to the Black Reign gimmick. Those two fued for the remainder.
3) Jeff Jarrett is all about getting the gold. He must have it around his waist. While Booker is busy with NAO, Jarrett tries to capture the midcard title. But someone stands in his way... Diamond Dallas Page. I'm thinking Jarrett cheats to win the title, DDP wants a rematch, but first we get a tag match, DDP and his former teacher Jake Roberts vs. Jeff Jarrett and the man who was originally going to fued with Roberts for an extended period of time, Roddy Piper.
4)The tag team division is pretty simple. Great teams, all wrestling for the tag team titles. Originally, my last two picks were going to be John Morrison and Joey Mercury, and have London and Kendrick vs. WGTT vs. MNM at the first show. Londrick get the straps. Once NAO is done with Booker and Goldust, they get into the tag title mix. You can mix the tag title matches any which way you want, but I thought I would have Londrick vs. NAO as the main tag fued, with MNM and WGTT(who would be a tweener team) fueding for No. 1 contendership. Maybe throw Luger and Bossman into the mix once they start teaming, although I see them more or less fueding with Goldberg for a while. The last show would see Londrick vs. NAO vs. MNM vs. WGTT in a TLC match for the titles.
HOWEVER, you messed up both the tag title scene AND the Booker T/Goldust/Jeff Jarrett fued by bringing in Dusty Rhodes and Jimmy Snuka. Dusty I can see sort of working out, if you have Goldust turn heel and have him face his father before Booker. It might be jumping the shark on the Booker/Jarrett payoff, but hey, what are ya gonna do?
Basically, My first card looked like this:
WFW World Heavyweight Championship Match
John Cena vs. Hulk Hogan
Jake "The Snake" Roberts vs. "Rowdy" Roddy Piper (most likely I would have made it a Strap or Texas Bullrope Death Match, or something along those lines)
WFW Intercontinental Championship
Jeff Jarrett vs. "Diamond" Dallas Page
Vader vs. Goldberg
Booker T and Goldust vs. The New Age Outlaws
Gauntlet Match to Determine the WFW Women's Championship (This was before we could draft both women AND managers)
"The Total Package" Lex Luger vs. The Big Bossman (but you can't do this because you dropped Bossman, so I assume you would make it Luger vs. Warrior... ugh.)
Three Way Elimination-style Match for the WFW Tag Team Championships
MNM vs. The World's Greatest Tag Team vs. Paul London & Brian Kendrick
Hopefully I've given you a few ideas... OR A WHOLE CARD.
