Ignoring that you said Matt was to 07 so at least half of those have zero bearing on this, I'll go with Jeff's feud with HHH, his EC matches, his matches with Edge, his matches with Morrison, Carlito and Jericho over all those. Not to mention all of the world titles etc and still go with Jeff > Matt and it's not even close.

1) That looked awful! Hogan, the heel, is getting out of the ring where Crimson, the face, is hitting the ropes and he doesn't try to attack him or even pull the ropes? I know it was inadvertent but it looked very, very bad.

And I'll take his cage match against Edge over every single match you just mentioned. How you can shit on Matt vs. MVP and then turn around and praise Jeff vs. fucking Carlito is beyond me.
And again with the world titles. Has zero bearing on this conversation. I never argued Matt was BETTER than Jeff, I said he's had some great singles matches/feuds and has been more consistent than Jeff. Which he has been. Matt was excellent from 03-08 while Jeff was a human botch machine with no understanding of psychology until his matches with Triple H in 08.
