Here we go! This round looks to be rather ridiculous!
WCW Region: Georgia Dome

The Tower of Doom Match
The Nature Boy Ric Flair vs. The Rock
Haha, I think this is the most ridiculous match of the entire tournament, I love it! Honestly who wins this match is a crapshoot. The Rock has more stamina and he's fresher from the prior round but the Nature boy could always wrestle 60 minute matches, 8 times a week. He can't climb a ladder for his life, but I don't think it matters. This match doesn't really start until you get to the second tier or even out of the top cage. I think both competitors here will play it safe... they know that if they kill their bodies too much they're going to regret it in the Final 8. In the end though... and this is a VERY difficult decision... I think The Rock will take it simply because he has more experience with cells and ladders than flair and he's had an easier time in the more recent rounds. It's a REALLY tough decision... but despite the crowd factor I think most of everything else works in the Rock's favor in this match.
Winner: The Rock
Match 2: 60 Minute Iron Man Match
Stone Cold Steve Austin vs. the Next Big Thing Brock Lesnar
This is another interesting match... Lesnar probably has the edge with the stipulation... but it's going to be close. Think about it. You're in the ring for 60 minutes with the Rattlesnake! He's going to get on your nerves! Stone Cold is notorious for pissing people off in the ring, and he wasn't much of a rule breaker as he was an ass kicker. Lesnar's a hot head. Austin's going to play mind games with Lesnar, Brock's going to get pissed and he's going to slip up. He's going to get DQd, he's going to get counted out, he's going to slip up and Austin's going to get a Stunner in. And Austin's wrestled full Royal Rumbles before, he knows how to last in a ring for a long time. He'll play mind games (the king of mind games), he'll mess with Lesnar and he'll last long enough to edge him, in my honest opinion. I'm going to go differently then what I think a lot of people will here and vote Austin. Austin gets beaten down early and goes down 3 or 4 falls. But then Lesnar gets DQd twice, counted out once, Stunnered and pinned twice and submits to the cloverleaf.
Winner: Stone Cold Steve Austin 5-4

Match 3: Monster's Ball
The Big Show vs. Ravishing Rick Rude
Rude just finish BARELY edging Booker in the pole match in potentially one of the closest matches and intense matches of the tournament, and he gets escorted to a locked room, tired, bloody and beaten, with no food or water to wait for his match. Meanwhile, the Big Show strolls through his matches heading into this match. Big Show is like a bear, he has all this fat that can sustain him for months, lol. Seriously, he's fit enough to be able to handle 24 hours without food... the only thing I'm worried about is him being locked in a SMALL room could make him a little cramped up and stuff. However... In the end, I think the Big Show strolls through this one too into the top 8. I don't remember Rude really wrestling in Hardcore matches, whereas the big show has been in countless hardcore matches. This match is Show's to lose.
Winner: Big Show via eating his opponent, lol
Match 4: Ultimate X Match
Triple H vs. Eddie Guerrero
This match could steal the tournament. If triple H can beat down Eddie long enough to climb the contraption this match is his. I find it so convenient that they both had 30 minute matches the nigh before, lol, but I would have to imagine Eddie's was much more intense and rough than Triple H's. Both of their opponents had explosive and devastating offense, but Triple H is smart and was able to outsmart and outmaneuver Vader long enough to take the match pretty easy, as the results showed. I think Stamina and mind games play a HUGE part of this match-up, and Triple H is able to take it in a squeaker, despite the lucha element of the match.
Winner: Triple H
WWE Region-Madison Square Garden

Match 5: Hell in the Cell
The Phenomenal AJ Styles vs. Terry Funk
Oh AJ Styles... we've had some fun so far in this tournament... but unfortunately your time is up. The Hell in the Cell is NOT about high flying or wrestling skill, it's about pure brutality and sadism. Last I checked that was Styles's opponent's name before he changed it to TERRY F'N FUNK (and yeah I checked, F'N is actually his middle name, haha. This match will be relatively amazing (if Styles is actually as good as people say he is), but the Cell is Funk's environment, even though neither man has ever been in one before. As Triple H or the Undertaker who has the advantage in this match. And I think both will be glued to their TV sets backstage for this one. Undertaker even makes a rare appearance on stage to get a closer look at this one. In the end, I don't think Styles has a chance. Terry Funk makes him pay his dues
Winner: TERRY FUNK with authority.
Match 6: Tables, Ladders, and Chairs
Bret the Hitman Hart vs. The Undertaker
These matches are so weird, haha! I love it. I didn't think this tournament could get any better but you've really outdone yourself Shockie. This match is EXTREMELY interesting. It's all about speed... but then again I don't think we've ever seen a TLC match with competitors such as these, and I don't think this match was ever even intended for Bret Hart vs. the Undertaker, haha. The Undertaker dictates the pace of his matches, and I don't think this is one is any different... especially with weapons involved. If this was a Cell match I don't think it would even be a question about who wins... this one's a little more interesting but I don't see it being that much different. See: Undertaker's ladder match with Jeff Hardy. This one goes back and forth but the Undertaker is more dangerous here.
Winner: The Undertaker.

Match 7- Barbed Wire Match
Raven vs. Kane
Kane was tortured and burned as a child. I don't see the barbed wire holding him back. In fact I see him embracing the Barbed wire. Raven's at home and he knows what it's like to be in these matches, but I honestly think Kane is one of the most if not THE most underrated competitor in wrestling, and this thread has proven it. If he can beat Owen in a cage match he can beat Raven. I believe in Kane.
Winner: Kane
Match 8: Three Stages of Hell. Match 1: Regular Wrestling Match, Match 2: Submission Match, Match 3 if needed, Ladder Match.
Taz vs. the Heartbreak Kid, Shawn Michaels
Haha, TWO Three Stages of hell matches for Shawn in TWO nights? That's ridiculous! haha! I say this is the system trying to work against Shawn getting to the Final 8 *COUGH* Heyman and Vince *COUGH*. But we all know Shawn can persevere in such situations. And Shawn, despite going through 3 matches the night before, had a relatively easy time (saddly), whereas Taz almost lost. First match is taken by HBK... both are great competitors but I think Shawn is a better wrestler than Tazz... The Submission match could go either way but if Shawn has any intelligence he drops it on purpose to save his energy for the ladder match, which I don't see Tazz winning over HBK. In the end... wow... this match looks good. But HBK is the man in this tournament and I think he wins.
Winner: Shawn Michaels
Potential Round 6 matches:
WCW Finals - The Rock vs. Steve Austin: Who would've thunk we would see this match at this point in the tournament?? WOW
TNA Finals - The Big Show vs. Triple H: Weird TNA finals? lol... This match is VERY interesting, but if it comes down to this I think unfortunately the big show's days are numbered.
WWE Finals - Terry Funk vs. The Undertaker: Another VERY interesting match. One on one this could get VERY interesting.
ECW Finals - Kane vs. The heart break Kid: DUDE what a final 8! I hope it goes this way and people are smart in their voting... these matches would all be spectacular.
