Raw LD 9/19/2016: The Cruiserweights Are Here To Dab, Dazzle, and Dance

I feel like WWE is trying to force The Shield's reunion even though Ambrose and Reigns need that heel turn. Rollins is a babyface, I guess, but he needs to get the crowd over. He needs to be thankful to the fans, because right now, he's just an heel who's offended by the fact that the other heel replaced him. I guess that will do when he attacks Triple H.

If one thing about Reigns is clear, is that the guy is a natural douche who will be way more interesting if he turned heel. That's basically all he needs to regain some lost momentum. Keeping him as a babyface ain't doing him any favours at present, and it hasn't for a very very long time.
Pushing him down the card whilst remaining as a babyface would completely kill him if he doesn't undergo a complete character change, he would become Sheamus 2.0.

They aren't pushing him down the card though are they, just making it look like they are. Fans are tired of him, and the worst thing that will happen is they will become complacent and no turn heel or otherwise will save him. Sorry I don't find him interesting at all.

Just as they should.

Indeed, if this current babyface push continues as is, fans will stop caring, thus WWE will have to do something about thing, and best-case scenario is definitely a heel turn rather than dropping low down the card.

When you think about it, what was the best thing of the show? To me it was Jericho. Every time he was on the show, I cared. The rest? Not so much. It's an abysmal difference, because last week's SmackDown people were talking about the one minute Swagger promo as the only bad thing, while in here, to me, Jericho's 5 minute promo and 8 minute multi tag match were the only good things in three hours. It's 13/150 minutes with commercials, which is only 8.6% of the show. Damn. If CoC isn't awesome, I'll stop watching Raw all together.

That's just sad. Sad but true.

I'd also add that the Women's title stuff wasn't that bad either. The Charlotte and Dana stuff is pretty interesting even if I am not really looking forward to the actual payoff.

Yes, I'll add that too even though not mentioning the double pin last week was pretty dumb. It would've worked the same with Dana giving the idea for the Triple Threat. I am actually intrigued for that payoff though, Dana's been growing on me lately. That just goes to show how fantastic Charlotte is as an heel champion.

I've made a soft-decision to stop watching Raw. Not to say it was so bad that it turned me off completely, but I'm so saturated in wrestling product (4 nights a week, plus PPV's), that a product is going to have to start doing it's damnedest to endear itself to me. Raw has been failing, unfortunately. I hope they can swing it around and win me back. See you guys on Tuesday nights.

I've been thinking the same thing the last couple weeks.

and with Gotham starting up again soon I'd rather watch that.
