Eh, whatever. I doubt they can keep JoMo down for too long. The guy just has qualities that people can't shy away from. He's ripped, extremely athletic, and people just seem to connect with him. Bury him all you want, WWE... I don't think it will hold him back from breaking through the glass ceiling.

I wish these people would pay for tickets to Raw. That would really do him some favors.
It's not the WWE holding him back in this case, it's the fact that he seems to be as dumb as a sack of bricks and totally whipped by Melina.

McIntyre went from doing nothing to still doing nothing.
Well he's kind of shit, so no big loss there.
McIntyre's not bad. He's a decent worker, not bad on the mic, and he can get good heat. He sure as hell would have been a better choice for a quickie title run last year than Jack Swagger was, when Drew still had a ton of heat from his debut. Now he's just a forgotten midcarder on a show full of forgotten midcarders. You'd think after his impressive showing at the Elimination Chamber they'd do something with him, but I guess not.
I'm sorry and I hate to pull on you for something so small but how do you know if he is or isn't a good worker?

Pretty certain he means that he works well within the ring.
My hatred of McIntyre is exaggerated for the sake of it being a running gag. I think he's fine, perfectly fine. He has the tools he needs to be a big star - The look, the mic skills, passable in-ring skills, and he stands out from the rest of the guys on the roster. To me though it's like a puzzle - The pieces are there but he can't fit them all together to make a complete picture.

I don't think McIntyre has the mic skills to be a big star. He is Scottish and lisps too much.
Before he becomes World Champion, I want him to improve his below average mic skills.

He doesn't need to improve his mic skills. He has an accent, that's literally all you need to get over as a heel in the WWE. Have him do the usual cheap heat shtick about how America sucks, etc, maybe have a show with him going over in Scotland next time the WWE hits the UK. It wouldn't be very hard to make him a useful main event heel, he's just not ready for that yet.
My mistake. I should have clarified that I was referring to mic skills and overall appearance.
As for in-ring skill, DBD pisses on Drew. I know that.
