No, but cheering one at a live event kinda does. Wrestlers work hard to get a certain reaction. I know these days that fans do whatever the fuck they want anyways and my city is probably the most notorious for this (New York), but that doesn't mean it's what you should do. I actually think that if you are a true fan of a heel's work, you should boo the heel to show your support. After all, that's what that guy/girl is looking for to validate their hard work.
It's some new kick they're on to bring popular culture into the commentary. I noticed it few weeks ago; now they're apparently doing the commentary in post production so that they can keep it more 'up to date'.

I distinctly remember the UK fans, the biggest TV audience Impact ever had, cheer Austin loudly over a home guy. Highly doubt, they were all smarks.
