WMD : Official Spoiler Page

Hopefully that was a serious comment, Coco.

But in all honesty, I'll give credit where it's due. The storyline itself is good. The execution was shit... and I'm not referring to Storm or Roode not doing their part. TNA just didn't place the segments in the right programs or at the right times.

Genuinely sound like two of the worst episodes of Impact this year. Ronnie from Jersey Shore + Eric Bischoff's son wrestling = put a bullet in my head now please.

It's just another wrestling show with mainstream celebrity appearances to pop ratings. The WWE has pockets deep enough to get Floyd Mayweather and TNA's only go as deep as the Jersey Shore cast. It is what it is.

It was. We'd be so much better off at the moment if we could get more high profile members to set a good example and show TNA some proper deference.

The problem is that people don't see the angle for what it is. Execution, like it or not, is a huge part of presentation. If we, as viewers, don't like how it all comes together, we won't give it the credit it deserves.

But I will say this... I'm pretty impressed by the way they're going about things. This is immediately bumping both Roode and Storm to main event status. Who would have thought that all they needed was each other to get over as main event competitors?

There's no problem with the execution beyond it not meeting the IWC's preconceptions of what good storytelling is.

No. Unless you actually believe that this would have kept for six months or more and produced a measurable difference in PPV buys. And if you really think these two glorified midcarders were going to be able to sustain that much interest for so long after jaded smark types wrote them off as missed opportunities three weeks into a slow burn feud that would have been touted as predictable and over-long, you're talking nonsense. A disorienting, avant-garde spark is needed to plot this story in a manner that grabs TNA fans by the balls. This is the right move. Unfortunately, po-mo isn't for everyone. Specifically, it's not for the closed-minded.

The story has generated a great deal of interest. I say that's good and have reasonable cause for doing so based on the reactions of others. Meanwhile, you're basing its quality on nothing but your taste. If anything, you think you're the only one allowed to determine what's good.

Dwayne Johnson's response to John Cena asking him to team with Cena at Survivor Series will open Raw.
WWE will be going heavy on the Halloween theme tomorrow, including a Divas costume contest that is in the current draft of the show.

Three Muppet Performers that I know of are scheduled for Raw - Steve Whitmire, Eric Jacobson and Bill Barretta, as well as some right hands (performers who operate the other arm of the Muppet while the primary performer manipulates their voice and left arm). That would mean that pretty much all the major Muppet characters except Gonzo would be available for WWE to use. I haven't heard if Dave Goelz, who portrays Gonzo was booked or not.

One segment that The Muppet performers were asked to prepare for involved Stadler and Waldforf doing commentary for a match, which I can only assume would be the Michael Cole vs. Jim Ross segment.

As noted last week, The Undertaker and Michelle McCool were visiting at the RAW Supershow in Texas. Word is that WWE officials approached McCool about returning to the ring in the near future.

- As noted earlier this month, WWE has registered to trademark the term "WWE Supercharge", apparently a new show for the Network. Word is that this will be the name for the RAW pre-show that's been planned. WWE officials have discussed a 30-minute pre-show to air before RAW every Monday night.

TNA World champion James Storm says he could be out of action for up to two months after suffering a concussion at last Wednesday's Impact Wrestling television tapings from Macon, Georgia.

Storm tweeted the following on Monday morning (@Cowboy_J_Storm):

"Had a ct head scan and a MRI yesterday. Hate when doctors just come in and give you a look. Just tell me the bad news. Cowboy up!!!

Later in the day, he followed up with the results:

"Confirmed.... TV tapings in Macon the cowboy sustaind(sic) a concussion. Doc says 6-8 weeks. But that's for a normal man."

Despite the concussion (which wasn't diagnosed until Monday), Storm wrestled at TNA's live events from California on Thursday and Friday.

I'd say I were upset but the odds that I'll actually be watching TNA during the next six to eight weeks are drastically low.

Live on going Spoilers

*Randy Orton defeated Cody Rhodes in an awesome Street Fight following a hanging DDT on the outside off the barricade to the floor and then an RKO inside the ring. This was a great brawl through the crowd with Rhodes' mask being used as a weapon. Orton bagged Rhodes after.

Ted DiBiase defeated Tyson Kidd.

*World champion Mark Henry was interviewed backstage. He began bullying Daniel Bryan, mocking his Money In The Bank briefcase, saying Bryan could never beat him. He challenged Bryan to wrestle him tonight and Bryan accepted.

*Alicia Fox pinned Natalya.

*Big Show comes out and says he's going to knock out Mark Henry once for every week of Dmackdown where their business goes unfinished. Christian comes out and says Show had his chance and failed. He insults the South (Show is originally from Aiken, SC). Show acts like he was going to KO Christian, then promises he won't. Instead he chokeslams him and leaves him laying.

*Sheamus comes out for his scheduled match against Christian but he's out from the chokeslam. Wade Barrett comes out and offers to replace him and they ring the bell.
