Ringside Xcess is the least credible dirtsheet out there. It's one guy who blatantly makes things up.

Seriously, would you trust an article that uses the word "pissed"? Seriously?

-- Kassius Ohno, formerly known as Chris Hero, debuted at Thursday's Florida Championship Wrestling television taping in Tampa, Florida. Ohno laid Xavier Woods out after losing to the former TNA World Tag Team Champion in a singles match. Ohno was said to have looked "really good" in the bout.

And how exactly do you measure credibility in a dirtsheet site?

The sources, easily.

If it's an "Exclusive" that doesn't come from the Observer or PWInsider, it's suspect. If it's run by one guy and he has a history of blatantly making shit up, like Ringside Xcess does, it's suspect. If he uses the word "pissed" in a journalistic article, it's suspect.

Woah there Doc. There's no way that Ringside Xcess is worse then WZ when it comes to journalistic integrity.

NBA legend Shaquille O'Neal told HollywoodLife.com that he would be wrestling at WrestleMania XXVIII.

O'Neal said "Yes I'll be there!" when asked at Saturday's Cartoon Network Hall of Game Awards if he would be wrestling at the pay-per-view event. Shaq, however, wouldn't say who he'll be grappling.

I've a major spoiler:
Trollin' you
Cena beats Rock

The utilization of spoiler tags was for dramatic purposes.

USA will be running a Rock/John Cena special on 3/26 at 8 p.m. before Raw to hype their WrestleMania match.
It will be a behind-the-scenes look at their rivalry. I like the idea as it's kind of HBO building up a fight-ish.

It will re-air on 3/31.

These will air this Thursday:

* Backstage segment with Bobby Roode and Austin Aries. Aries brings up his recent tweets about Sting. Roode and Aries joke on Sting before walking off.

* Kurt Angle came out and talked about not liking Jeff Hardy. Angle called Hardy out and a match is made for Victory Road. They brawl to end the segment.

* Kazarian beat AJ Styles and Daniels in a Gauntlet Match.

* Bully Ray is backstage ranting about Giants player Brandon Jacobs. Roode and Aries come in and blame everything on Sting.

* ODB beat Madison Rayne.

* Aries, Roode and Ray come to the ring and complain about how Sting is running things. They hold a protest in the ring and won't leave. Sting appears in the ring and threatens to suspend Ray and strip the other two of their belts. Sting makes a six-man match tonight with them against James Storm, Magnus and Samoa Joe.

* Zema Ion beat Shannon Moore.

* Velvet Sky and Mickie James beat Sarita and Angelina Love.

* James Storm, Samoa Joe and Magnus beat Bobby Roode, Bully Ray and Austin Aries when Storm hit Last Call on Roode. Ray attacked Magnus after the match with a chair. Storm made the save but Ray came back and hit him with the chair. Impact ends with Ray holding a chair in the ring.

- Ted DiBiase defeated Hunico in the dark match before tonight's WWE tapings in Seattle, Washington.

- Matches taped tonight at the Key Arena for this week's episode of WWE NXT were:

* Alex Riley & Percy Watson vs. Darren Young & Titus O'Neil

* Tyson Kidd vs. Michael McGillicutty

* Maxine vs. Kaitlyn

As noted a few days ago, there was a big announcement teased by Matt Striker for this week's episode of NXT: Redemption, the one-year anniversary of the show.

It was announced at tonight's tapings that William Regal is the new General Manager of NXT. Regal will be responsible for making the matches each week and running the show. Stay tuned for more details.

If you want something done right, you've got to do it yourself.

SmackDown, Airing Friday:

* Sheamus kicks off the show and comes out to a big pop. He begins to talk about WrestleMania 28 but is interrupted by Vickie Guerrero and Dolph Ziggler. Ziggler is pulling double duty this week on both shows. Teddy Long ends up appearing and makes Sheamus vs. Ziggler for right now.

* Sheamus defeated Dolph Ziggler.

* Segment with John Laurinaitis and Teddy Long. Laurinaitis wants an apology for what happened on RAW. Teddy refuses and makes Mark Henry vs. Big Show for tonight.

* Santino Marella defeated Heath Slater.

* Eve Torres comes out and cuts a promo like she did on RAW. Natalya comes out and farts, which leads to a match.

* Eve beat Natalya in a quick match.

* In-ring segment with Cody Rhodes and Big Show. Teddy Long comes out and makes Show vs. Cody for the Intercontinental Title at WrestleMania 28. Long brings out Mark Henry next.

* Big Show beat Mark Henry with the knockout punch.

* Backstage segment with Laurinaitis, Teddy and David Otunga. Otunga threatens to sue Teddy for pushing Laurinaitis. Otunga vs. Big Show is made for RAW instead.

* Teddy books Drew McIntyre in a match with Justin Gabriel and says if Drew loses, he's fired.

* Justin Gabriel beat Drew McIntyre with the 450 Splash. This time, Teddy appeared on the big screen and fired Drew. Drew actually cried before leaving.

* Daniel Bryan and Randy Orton fought in the main event until Kane's pyro went off and he came down the ramp. Orton and Kane brawled as Bryan escaped. Kane got the upperhand in the ring and chokeslammed Orton. Kane took a mic and stood over Orton, welcoming him back.

  • Where's the Daniel Bryan-Sheamus feud progression? Are we just going to forget about it?
  • Eve oveR Natalya isn't the travesty most will say it is. They're obviously going somwhere with this whole evil Eve thang.
  • I'm glad the IC title is being defended and I hope they acknowledge it during the remainder of the feud and make it feel important. I don't have the highest of hopes.
  • Drew is going to be on Johnny's RAW team at WM, obviously.
  • Kane vs. Orton, fuck yes.

An Intercontinental Championship match at WrestleMania between a long term heel champion, a former world champion face, and an actual feud behind it?

Pinch me, I'm dreaming.

If my memory is right, it's been defended at Wrestlemania once since 2002, and that match (JBL vs. Rey at #25) lasted about 30 seconds.
