I would like to know if there is any way to make my last visit date & my latest activity (that show up on user profiles) private. I already have Invisible Mode toggled, are there any other privacy features available?

Also, is there any exception to the Invisible Mode features (as in, are mods or other staff members allowed to see if I am viewing a thread)?

There's no way to do that as far as I know.

Yes G-Mods and admins can see if you're in invisible mode. I'm not sure about regular mods.

I just got infracted twice for posting things in the spam section.

One of them was for posting spoilers in the Wrestling Spam section. The "no spoilers" rule is in the Non-Spam rulebook, so from my understanding, it doesn't apply to the spam section.

And the other one was for posting a question in the Wrestling Spam section. The mod wrote me "does this look like a WWE section?" and threw my post in the trash.

Am I missing something here?? I've been here for a while and I always thought the spam section was for... spam. My posts weren't substantial at all, but that's why I put them in the spam section. What's going on??

Spoilers have never been allowed in the Wrestling Spam Section. Only the Bar Room. That infraction stands.

According to the mod, I didn't post it in the spam section. I guess it was a mistake. My bad.

As for the spoiler rule, then you should put that in the rulebook. I checked to make sure and there is nothing in the rulebook that says spoilers aren't allowed in the spam section.

Well I think it goes without saying that it obviously was not known to me. How was I supposed to find out? I guess I just never had posted a spoiler in a thread before so I never had the problem. Why not just add it to the rulebook instead of letting people find out about the rule through infractions?

No. That is more of a slang word than anything and has always fallen in our "gray area" when it comes to prejudiced remarks.

It's as clear and concise as it could have been stated here:

K. Posting Spoilers: Do not post spoilers. A “spoiler” is any information that will happen in the future that is not already common knowledge. For example, revealing the results of a taped episode of WWE Smackdown before the show airs would be considered a “spoiler”. The posting of Spoilers will automatically result in a one point Infraction, and depending upon the severity of the offense, you may be given anywhere from a one point Infraction all the way up to a permanent ban. For the sake of clarity, and because of the locations of the primary wrestling promotions discussed on this board, the WrestleZone Forums will go by the American schedule of television programming. If it has not aired on television in America, it is considered a spoiler.

That should be self-explanatory enough. However, there is one spam section where spoilers are allowed:

E. The Bar Room: It is a forum where almost anything goes. The only rules of the Bar Room are there is to be no nudity/pornography and no posting or requesting of illegal content. Otherwise, the rules stated here do not apply.

Please take the time to read ALL of our rules. Everything that you mentioned is clearly stated throughout multiple sections of the rulebook.

This is your third offense for posting spoilers. The "Non Spam Section" part of it only was accidentally put there when I posted the revised rules in December. Your other two Infractions for Spoilers were before that part was included in the heading. You know posting spoilers is against the rules.

You might argue the point remains it still specifically says "Non Spam Section", a valid point. I counter that with the fact the rule also says "you may be given anywhere from a one point Infraction all the way up to a permanent ban.", and considering this is now your third offense, consider yourself fortunate you have not been banned.

A one point Infraction for your third violation on a potentially bannable offense is a fair compromise. The "Non Spam Section" part has now been removed and this matter is closed.
