It gets coverage because it was the eastern U.S. where all the media is. Katrina didn't get close to that much coverage before it happened. They're trying to make it seem like it's as devasting as Katrina or Andrew were and it's not even fucking close. They show clips of flooding happening that's all of 6 inches with people recording it and drinking beer. Guess what, flash floods happen all the damn time in the South...get over it. Those are pretty vague similarities. By that description Rob Conway, Sylvain Greiner, Dashing Cody Rhodes, Johnny Nitro, MVP and countless others can be compared to Shawn Michaels. Maybe not as good as Shawn Michaels, but by your description, they can be cited as similar
