It was really only a contest between Batista, Jericho, and Triple H, though I personally felt that Jericho's horrendous IC reign and Triple H's extensive title reign should have altered the scales for Trips.

Jericho does deserve it for the HBK program and the WHC title reign, transitional as it may have been.
