Raw LD 8/3 - Tune in to hear Rollins make a "broken face" of the WWE comment

Because the best workers can get the shittest gimmicks over and become noticed. Duh. Working 101. WWE has never "held him back."

Well first of all you even admitted that they buried him.. so they did hold him back. if Vince likes money as much as you think he does, he wouldn't have buried him; he would have exposed him a little more until his merchandise doesn't sell as much anymore.. instead they ended his merchandise sales abruptly.

Also cases of "being held back" : Damien Sandow, he was MEGA over after feuding with The Miz, then management destroyed his momentum.. its clear what they did, they do this to every superstar they don't want to push. They push them A LITTLE bit, just to give fans what they want, and then they halt their momentums out of nowhere so that nobody cares about them anymore. Its a smart decision. Had they just held them back forever, then fans would be hijacking shows for them. They did this to both Ryder, Sandow, attempted for Daniel Bryan (18 second loss at WM, rembmer that?), and Cesaro (after WM 30).

Ryder got himself over despite getting such a stupid gimmick. Same for Sandow.. they both got massively over but disappeared from TV. I'm not sure how you can justify WWE now.. why have them disappear from TV completely when they are super super over?

Being held back and being buried are not the same thing Smarky McSmarkerton. Vince likes making dollars not pennies.

So i just googled "Submission Sorority" and i think WWE will be changing this team's name pretty quickly...Uhhh yup,

They're the same in that the company doesn't want them to succeed.

Vince likes making dollars not pennies.

Money is money regardless.. you really think guys like Stardust and New Day would make more money than the previously mega over Sandow and Ryder? Vince is just throwing away free money.

:lmao: No it's not.

:lmao: 1.) Sandow was never going to be a hugely marketable star. 2.) Just because a wrestler builds enough heat for casuals to notice them is NOT justification for a major push. Ryder never had consistency.

Sandow you could could correctly make an argument of being "held back" as he is currently not on TV in any capacity.

Yes it is. Do I seriously have to explain this to you? getting buried is getting embarassed to the point the crowd doesn't like you anymore.. getting held back is not being allowed to shine. Yes technically they're both different but they're both for the same reason; the company doesn't want them to succeed.

1. Look man I'm not saying they should be pushed to the main event; but at the very least he should get a mid card run. There are 3 hours on Raw and 2 on Smackdown, plenty of time for him to fit in.

2. Again I'm not saying they should get a MAJOR push; just a run in the mid card

Sandow you could could correctly make an argument of being "held back" as he is currently not on TV in any capacity

And thats a bad business decision like I said. They could've capitalized on him when he was over.. he wouldn't draw as much as guys like Cena and Daniel Bryan, but he would've sold SOME merchandise.

This is the shit that we need to see more! Sheamus and Reigns, two juggernauts going at it! What I like about Reigns is his intensity. He's sympathetic but not portrayed as an underdog; hes portrayed as an ass-kicker and i love it

The Ryder discussion is STILL going on? Fuck sakes. He had his moment in the midcard as US Champion. Can't get more of a midcard role than that.

Yes they did that to shut the fans up, so they wouldn't complain about the upcoming burial. Then they made Kane beat him week after week until he lost his steam.

Besides that reign was like a few weeks long. It was so obvious what they were doing.. Bernkastel won't get this no matter how much concrete proof I provide him.. at this point I think he's just intentionally disagreeing with me

Wrong. A burial results when a performer does not have the talent to move forward and establish any real heat, are being punished, or are on their way out of the company and start losing allot for no reason. It has nothing to do with being liked or hated.

getting held back is not being allowed to shine. Yes technically they're both different but they're both for the same reason; the company doesn't want them to succeed.

They are not used for the same reason. Just because Sandow isn't on TV now doesn't mean he might be in the future. A "held back" performer is not being used in any real capacity. A buried performer is being used in some capacity. Even if all they are doing is putting others over.

2. Again I'm not saying they should get a MAJOR push; just a run in the mid card

Mid carders are exceptionally talented performers that have proven that they can draw consistent heat with hardcore fans and casuals, but not quite on the levels of the main event talent. Ryder never did this.

And thats a bad business decision like I said. They could've capitalized on him when he was over.. he wouldn't draw as much as guys like Cena and Daniel Bryan, but he would've sold SOME merchandise.

Not it wasn't. Vince would have made pennies off Ryder. Not dollars.
