Tito had the ability to actually evolve a bit. Ziggler has had the exact same match with the exact same character for years now. Kofi is a lot closer to a modern day Tito.

I give you the Kofi comparison but the only time I remember Santana only changing his character towards the end of his WWE career. Bull fighter? But then again I'm trying to reflect back 25 years ago.
