[OFFICIAL] Chris Benoit Thread- Keep it all in Here!

I agreed with the wwe when they stopped showing Chris Benoit. I can't watch a match with him without thinking how he killed his family.

I don't care if he was a great wrestler, he is did something terrible and there is no way the WWE should honor him. That's like the world celebrating the uni bomber or the D.C. snipers birthdays. Hell to the no.

Of course we have not forgotten.
It is just a subject we no longer talk about. If you want to talk about great matches and great ring technicians then Chris Benoit is in those categories. But until it comes up, he is not worth mentioning. Just like wrestlers who may have left the company or retired in that time...he just is not worth talking about unless it is relevant to do so.

I long to be able to watch unedited versions of WCW, RAW, SmackDown & ECW and their PPV's. Hear his entrance music (other than on my Ipod) and see him win that Title and celebrate with Guerrero! Hear the commentators talk about how great he was.....but I can't.
WWE has done a good job of making him irrelevant.....and I don't agree with it. Because its Chris Benoit the character that I loved to watch. And not Chris Benoit the man who lost his mind.

It wouldn't have been a defense... Benoit would have been seen as he was and the biggest "scandal" wouldn't have been roids but how WWE and Vince etc didn't see the issues/signs. That's why it's convenient for them to just take the original line the police did.

He was using stuff to increase Testosterone because of previous roid use, not current... it shrinks your balls and maybe a BIG part of the problems with Nancy were based around that. Again, we don't KNOW anything, they were a private couple... for all we know he might have been desperate to keep her happy or she might have been fearing for her life with him... anyone can say anything after their gone... that's the whole point.

Sad and perverse as it sounds, the world at large is a better place for the Benoit case. Concussion is now taken not only seriously, but EXTREMELY seriously in all aspects of life, it wasn't before. WWE tightened up it's wellness policies so the wrestling business is cleaner, leaner and not afraid to do what is required (Christian) and it raised awareness of looking out for your friends and their mental health... Benoit's closest friends ALL said "we never saw it or would belive it" at first but over time have come to the conclusion, the signs were there, just not seen, missed or not allowed to be by the man himself... If someone bangs their head these days, it's serious and checked, if a wrestler or sportsman gets a concussion, they are out of the game for a period of time, not just the game... it's a Pyrrhic victory for sure, but it has made a difference.

Benoit would have been facing the death penalty if he had lived, so his defence team would use any defence to keep off death row.

The brain injury thing would be used as proof of insanity, and that Benoit was not in control of his actions at the time. Or they would use roid rage to explain it away.

The problem is, if it wasn't brain damage or roid rage, then what? The police failed to provide any evidence of motive otherwise. Okay, maybe Nancy threatened to leave him , so he killed her for it. But then, why kill Daniel one full day afterwards?

The cops have their theory, but no motive or means to prove their case.

I wish Benoit had lived and this had gone to trial, just so that we could find out more of what happened. Interrogations in court would have given a better picture of what police found, and how they came to their conclusion. The brain injury and roid rage defenses could have been tested in court. What we have instead is speculation and circumstantial evidence, because the one guy who knows what happened is dead.

Experienced in psychology and having since begun in Neuroscience, I can tell you that all scientific and medical examinations of Chris Benoit's brain point to a onclusion that not only the internet wrestling community, but the wrestling community as a whole need to understand.

Chris Benoit the wrestler and Chris Benoit the murderer litterally are two different people. We've all heard about the brain trauma Chris suffered. However a certain type of subconcussive trauma that Chris was heavily exposed to caused compartmentalizing of his brain. Think of it like this: Regular brains have all their doors open, however, Chris' brain developed a "closed off" room which was a way for his brain to deal with the excessive punishment it had endured. This goes along with a basic principle of the study of the brain that any of you can look into yourselves.

This is, that when any of us are exposed to a great level of trauma, our brains split off into a different section which is how we get 'split personality' disorder. Many rape victims, abused children etc. experience this and it is well-documented.

At a sub-concussive level (which is what Chris experienced) this also occurs but not "on the surface". While his face-value attributes would have remained the same, his cognitive mind was split into two, completely separate and un-interacting partitions. Because of the damage done to his brain, many are given to understand the study of Chris' brain as such:

The "Modern Brain" (as you may have heard it named before) that gave life to "normal" Chris Benoit, which is normally present in all of us and responsible for enforcing socially-acceptable restraints was completely disabled for certain periods of time when the closed compartment was triggered. Study of Benoit's brain and other subconcussive victims [including most recently the sportsman who killed his girlfriend and then shot himself... his name escapes me] seems to show that the alter-ego personality is purely made up of "primal" functions. The "primal" brain is what many animals today still live on. It is in control of basic instinct, protection, sexual drive, among many other things, including fight or flight and rage.

All documented studies of Chris Benoit's brain indicate without reasonable doubt that the "normal" Chris Benoit was completely unaware and not in control when he acted the way he did. In-fact, many of you here would have experienced a similar phenomenon due to getting drunk and blacking out or not remembering the night before.

As this science continues to be understood and accepted into 'mainstream' many will become aware of the true nature of the events that unfolded, for which we have much evidence and hopefully one day, Chris Benoit will once again be recognized for his achievements and contributions.

One last talking point that is relative to my explanation:
Years ago, people were laughed at for suggesting the world was round. We now know it to be fact.

Also, there was a time when people with disabilities were killed because they were seen as unable to be helped purely because society at that time did not understand their conditions. This is now no longer the case.

Chris Benoit is innocent. It doesn't need to be proven. It needs to be understood.

The problem with people saying that "his brain caused him to do it" is these points:-

1) How could he still wrestle and function as normal if he had brain damage? I mean, Benoit wrestled the week before he died, and his match was just as good as they had been in the past. So, wouldn't brain damage have affected his ability to stand, to wrestle ? If his match quality dropped off dramatically, (and it would be more noticeable with Chris Benoit, then, say, Mark Henry), then we all would have noticed it.

However, I did read something very interesting one time. I didn't order "Judgment Day" 2007, but read a review online, where people give their opinion of it. One post, commenting on Benoit's 2/3 Falls Match with MVP (the last ever PPV he wrestled on) seemed strange at the time, but I ignored it. However, what happened since made me think of it again.

I can't quote it, but this one reviewer said that, in the match, Benoit seemed distant, and didn't have his mind on the job. He didn't put in the great performance we are all used to.If anyone saw this match, did you feel this way at the time, and does it, in 20/20 hindsight, make some sense.

However, other than that one time, Benoit seemed normal. Even close friends like Jericho, Chavo and Regal, didn't seem to notice any differences in his manner or functions, yet we are expected to believe that, over the course of one weekend, normal Chris Benoit became monster Chris Benoit, when he had been acting normal the rest of the time.

2) If it is concussion and head injury, then Mick Foley's family had better pack and get a restraining order now, since Mick has had numerous concussions over the years, and his brain would be beaten up as well (falling off HIACs and getting eleven unprotected chairshots to the head by the Rock at RR '99, will do that). If Benoit's brain can cause this, then are others in danger of going psycho as well? Well then, better buy as much Mick Foley stuff now, before he goes loco, kills his family, and WWE remove any reference to him forever.

3) Can a man with a stuffed brain kill his wife one day, his child the next, think to place Bibles next to both their bodies, and then fashion the spring on his exercise machine so elaborately so that he can turn it into a hanging device to kill himself? It sounds too calculated for someone with a stuffed brain.

4) Does the brain work that Benoit could snap and kill his wife, snap and kill his son a day later, but never snap at a co-worker and almost kill him, or be so angry at someone in WWE that he wasn't violent with them? How does that work?

I bet that Vince McMahon is glad that Chris Nowinski brought up the brain situation. I then deflects any attention to from the possibility that steroids were involved, in an industry where steroids are more common than wrestling matches.

I bet Kevin Sullivan is enjoying all the defences coming up, and it taking the heat off him as well.

WWE has long been on a sticky wicket trying to hide Benoit when they have Superfly in the HOF... This guy lost a civil case much as OJ did, a judge held him responsible for the death of his girlfriend and Vince of all people was the one who "stood up" for Snuka by saying he was like his character on TV, a savage.

There will never be enough evidence to say categorically that Benoit murdered, killed or even hurt anyone that weekend. All they have is what appeared to have happened and a badly damaged brain. While I am not supposing that Sullivan or anyone else was involved you can never 100% rule it out either so it'll be up there with the Snuka mystery, we will never know... so if Snuka could go into the HOF and still show up on TV etc, then there is absolutely no reason Benoit can't without WWE coming across as majorly hypocritical.

They didn't remove Verne Gagne when he bodyslammed his roommate to death in the retirement home... think about it, the UDISPUTED MEDICAL EVIDENCE is that Benoit's brain was as far gone on the day he died as the 85+ brain that Verne had when he did that... In Verne's case it was "a tragedy" that a senile old man did that, so why is it any different for Benoit? At worst, the man everyone loved, the wrestler we idolised was gone and there was a scared, bewildered man with the brain function of an Alzheimer's patient, the tragedy is that no one noticed until it was far too late and cos a child was involved, he becomes evil... the one thing Benoit was not at that time was evil...

This is what has always bothered me as well.

Now, I am not some fanboy saying that Benoit didn't do. He most likely did. But there is no harm in exploring all possibilites.

The police use evidence to say that Benoit did it by saying that there was no forced entry, no fingerprints of a fourth person, and Benoit's fingerprints were on Daniel's neck.

Okay. I bet if cops came to my house, they would find my fingerprints all over it too. You know why? Because I friggin' live there, that's why! Of course Benoit's fingerprints would be over everything in his own residence.

No forced entry? But what if there was a knock on the door, and the person outside had a gun, or had grabbed one of the family members, and threatened to kill them unless they were let inside.

For instance, what is Daniel went to play outside, and then there is a knock on the door. Nancy answers it. A guy is standing there with a knife at Daniel's throat, saying if they don't come inside, Daniel will be killed in front of her. She opens the door to the intruder, and this could be how he gets inside. No interference to the locks.

Or maybe it was someone they knew, other than Benoit. A neighbor or a relative. Nancy could invite them in, and once inside, the person could then kill her, and stay inside the house, hold them all hostage, and kill each on seperate days.

Benoit's fingerprints on Daniel's neck. Again, it is his child. Maybe he hugged his son, and touched his back and neck in the hug, leaving fingerprints.

Benoit's fingerprints are all over the house because he doesn't wear gloves around the house. Maybe an intruder wore gloves the entire time, so no fingerprints.

The problem is that Benoit has no alibi. But he could have been driving home alone, and then came home and found Nancy dead. He then could have been hit with something and tied up.

The thing is, no-one knows, including the cops. But because of public pressure, and little leads or evidence, they come up with a theory and a suspect. And let's face it, their suspect can't be put onto a witness stand. No suspect, no trial, no look into how the police conducted the case. There was one story of police accidentally tainting eveidence. Could there be a cover-up, with no-one to rat them out on it.

Also, I have some facts for the police. Chris Benoit cheated with, and eventually married, another man's wife. What's more, this same man SUGGESTED that Benoit and this guy's wife turn up the romance for the sake of a wrestling storyline. How humiliating then, when they do this, and it becomes a real life romance, and she leaves you for your wrestling rival.

Also, this man didn't just have a gimmick as a Satanist, he actually delved into it, and so did his ex-wife, who later left him. What does the Church of Satan think of this, especially considering that the ex-wife left the Church to live a normal life.

Do you also know that satanists leave Bibles next to murder victims, as a way of mocking God, saying that He failed to protect them against the power of Satan? Coincidentally, Bibles were found next to the bodys of a former Satanists ex-wife and the product of the union between her and this guy's wrestling rival.

Also, this man is reported to have once made a death threat to his rival, which police ignored, and wasn't taken seriously. Yet, years later, police don't even interrogate this person who made the threat, when his rival and his family end up dead.

Also, police never investigate the very strange occurence of someone editing the ex-wife's wikipedia page and putting the exact death date next to her birthdate, despite the fact that the information had not been realised by the police to the public until a few hours later.

Also, how everyone just accepts the police's versions of events, when there is no motive, no weapons used, no witnesses, or wonder how a brain-addled man would come home, kill his wife, have the thought to put a Bible next to her body, then next day kill his child, do the same thing, and then use an exercise machine, rather than a rope and chair, to hang himself, in a fashion that is complicated to pull off, and the absence of a suicide note. If this guy was trying to make a point, we still don't know what it is.

Imagine, some guy steals your wife, after suggesting that they "fake" it for a wrestling angle, and she likes the guy she is "pretending" to get intimate with, for the sake of the story, for real, and leaves you for him. Furthermore, imagine when they have a child together, how that would make you feel. Also, imagine that this wife-stealer is also one of the most loved, most well-respected and highly-regarded wrestlers in the profession, and has achieved a lot more than you ever did, and is more well-known and a bigger household name. Imagine also, you have been involved in an evil cult in the past, surrounded by people who can take a life and think nothing of it.

Imagine how seething jealous and angry you might be. You try to deal with it, but, over the years, your sense of injustice and unfairness swarm you. You hear voices in your head, saying "how dare he?" and "Who does he think he is?" . Imagine that you feel that the only revenge for someone like this is to destroy everything your rival has ever had- his wife, his child, his career, and most importantly, his reputation. Imagine the feeling of taking everything from this man who did you wrong. It is the ultimate knocking someone off their pedestal, by destroying everything they hold dear, and then having them get blamed for it. The perfect plan.

Then it is made even more perfect by the police not interrogating you or even considering the possibility of you or anyone else, other than the dead man, doing it, and a media and public who want to accept that the guy the cops said did it, did it, and then put the spotlight on drugs, only for the promoter of the wrestling company the dead man worked for denying that drugs played a part, despite this promoter facing a trial for drug charges back in 1984, and ignoring the fact that this dead man and his best friend had both won titles shortly after their muscle-mass had expanded greatly in the space of a few months, to say that the dead man deliberately did it, and then to accept a report that concussion may have played a part, and this promoter then both runs concussions tests and tightens up the company's drug program, despite drugs having nothing to do with it.

But then, hey, I am only thinking aloud, throwing some ideas around. Maybe the cops got it right. I mean, there is no one in prison who has ever been falsely accused and jailed, right. Cops never make mistakes, do they? I'm sure that they were thorough in their investigations.

I mean, people are innocent until PROVEN guilty, and usually when there is solid evidence and witnesses to convict that person. I'd hate to think that other possiblities weren't explored or that people just jump to conclusions without facts.

You don't think cops tried to think of every damn possible scenario before coming to a conclusion? They can get it wrong sometimes but 99% of the time they solve the case correctly. I know the chief of police in my city (I babysit his kids) and the police are some of the hardest working people you will ever meet. There are times when he is barely home for a good stretch of time due to going over every single detail or scenario in a case. Even on cases where it is clear what happened. To say the cops in this case did not do everything they could is baseless and insulting.

They go through every possibility they can think. They look for all signs of anything. All the signs point to Benoit. There is no reason to believe Sullivan did it. No reason to question him. None. It would be a waste of time. When a person commits murder due to their spouse cheating, it is usually done in the spur of the moment and not a DECADE later (hence the term crime of passion).

Why would Sullivan wait that long? How did he all of a sudden become a master criminal, capable of leaving no evidence? You think pulling off a perfect crime is easy? If Sullivan had a gun, why didn't he use it? Why did he kill them via strangulation and not with the gun. Why did he kill Benoit by making him hang himself (they can tell the difference between strangulation and hanging being a cause of death). If he did kill them on different days, how did he keep the others alive? Would he feed them? Would he let them go to the bathroom? If not, does that mean after he killed them, he changed them and then washed them (cause I imagine their pants would be full of shit and cops would notice that usually is not normal)? Why are there no marks on their wrists? Surely he couldn't keep Benoit alive for two days and not have him tied up somehow. Plus Benoit went home before the PPV. He didn't go home the day after. He went home during it. If he wasn't home during the first two murders, how would Sullivan guess that Benoit would come home? Was Sullivan waiting in the house patiently for Benoit? What if he dosed off? Why was Chris sending weird text messages if he wasn't home? Don't say maybe he left the phone at the house. He didn't. If his phone was at home and his family had an emergency, how would he know to go home. Unless someone called or texted someone he knew to tell him. But if that happened, someone would have come forward with that.

The number one thing that should prove to everyone why Benoit did this, was his brain. The interview Jericho did on his podcast with Christopher Nowinski is something you should listen to. He explains how messed up Benoit's brain actually was and why there weren't any obvious noticeable signs that something was wrong. The concussions combined with alcohol abuse, steroids and drugs resulted in a deadly combination. I don't think you understand that drugs do mess up the brain as do concussions. Both played a major rule that ultimately lead to his final state. To say drugs did not play any role is naive.

Also there is the thing of Nancy's sister saying that she knows Chris did it. That the medical examiner told her that Benoit only had about 10 months maximum left to live due to an enlarged heart (from the drug abuse). Although she doesn't think the concussions had anything to do with it. But with what Nowinski said, Benoit was basically a ticking time bomb. Everyone reacts in different ways to brain trauma. We are not advanced enough yet to know what happens if this part of the brain receives a tiny blow or how the brain would react to that blow in 20 years.

I just did a little research on the church of satan (as you said Sullivan is a member of it). They are atheist. They have nothing to do with satan or religion (their big rule is to be a nice person). I am an atheist myself and I have never heard of them (nor do I even care) but they are nothing like the title suggests. They should win some sort of an award for the most misleading title ever. Although maybe you are talking about something else. I just clicked on the first thing I saw.

But if it just atheist like myself then I can answer how we would feel about Nancy leaving Sullivan. We wouldn't care. Where you got the info that says they place bibles next to their victims is wrong. You want to know how I know it is wrong? Common sense. Why would any church of anything have rules about how to commit murder without getting into some legal trouble.

The Wikipedia page was edited by an idiot. Who later apologized and wrote a letter in which he rambled on and on about being an idiot. He said he didn't know and was just playing around. Also, it is freaking Wikipedia.

You say you believe in innocent until proven guilty yet you sound like you think McMahon is guilty in the steroid case even though he was proven innocent. Bit of a double standard here.

I know you don't want to believe this. You will find a way not too. The cops know he did it. Nowinski provided evidence that proves he hadn't been in the correct mental state. Nancy's sister says Benoit did it and talked about his drug abuse. She even talked about how Benoit was starting to seem odd towards the end. The evidence proves Benoit did it.

1) Chavo Guerrero – a close friend of Benoit- told WWE magazine that he talked to Chris for while on Friday night on his house phone. About 45 minutes into the conversation, Chris told him that there was somebody knocking at his door and he was going to see who it was. Shortly after Chris answered the door, there was a “scuffle” and then his house phone line went dead. Chris could only be reached on his cell phone about 3 hours later. This is very significant. This explains why there was no forced entry. Chris let the killer or killers in.

2) After Chavo reached Chis on his cell phone, he said that Chris sounded very odd, groggy and tired. He also said that Chris told him “I Love You Chavo” which sounded forced. The WWE also said that when Chris called in and told them that Nancy and Daniel were sick he did not sound like himself. He sounded groggy. Chris then said “I Love You” which they say was out of context because he usually didn’t say this.

3) Chris Benoit’s cell phone is missing. The police cannot find his cell phone or the needles they say Chris used to inject himself with steroids shortly before he died. The police have turned his cell phone off.
4) Chris was not hanging from the weight machine, he was laying on the floor underneath the machine. Another officer said that Benoit was “slumped” against the weight machine.

5) There was a white cloth wrapped around Chris’ neck. If he was so suicidal why would he care if his neck was bruised?

6) The medical examiner says that Chris Benoit died on Saturday. The text messages were sent on Sunday. Chris was already dead so who sent the text messages? It is noted that nobody talked to Chris on Sunday.

7) The steroids found in Chris’ house were not in his body.

8) If Chris’ had murdered his family then why did he need to text people? Think about it. Everybody was dead. Nobody would hear him talking so why text? Calling would have been easier. (I believe the killer text Benoit’s address to get somebody to come to the house to find the bodies)

9) Chris sent Chavo a text message telling him his address. Why would he do this? Chavo already knew were Chris lived. He spent the previous weekend with him.

10) Chris’ body was badly de- composed, about the same as Nancy’s. This shows he died sooner than Sunday.

11) Why would he tie up Nancy to kill her? He was a big guy. He could have just hit her one good time and she would have been out.

12) Ray also told me that the world press is reporting the manner of the deaths wrong. He says that Daniel was shot in his head and Nancy was shot in her chest.

13) Chavo said that the Chris Benoit seemed “worried” about something but he could not get Chris to open up and tell him why he was worried.

14) There was no Bible besides Chris’ body. Why would he place a bible beside Nancy and Daniel and not place one beside his own if he knew he was about to take his own life?

15) There were 10 empty beer cans and an empty body of wine besides Chris’ body. He tested negative for alcohol.

16) The toxicology confirmed that Chris had Hydrocodone (pain killer) Xanex (anti-anxiety drug). I have used both of these. These 2 drugs combined will sedate Chris and make him very sleepy. So he could not fight back.

17) The police originally said that Daniel died on Friday because his body was badly de-composing. This supports my belief that all 3 died on Friday night. The police changed the manner of Daniel’s death 3 times. 1st he died from a garbage bag, 2nd he died from a choke hold, 3rd he was smothered by a pillow. Why would they keep changing?

18) The police kept changing the location of where Nancy’s body was found. 1st she was found in the downstairs family room. 2nd she was found in the upstairs bedroom. 3rd she was found in the house office.

19) Chris’ father said that Chris called him on father’s day and told him that he wished he could spend more time with his family but he had to work. One of Nancy’s friend says that Nancy Loved Chris and she had no plans to leave him.

20) Retired Wrestler Bam Bam Bigalow died 1-19-07. Sherry Martel died 6-15-07. The Benoit family died 6-22-07. Since this family died, 2 other wrestlers have died. (Brian Adams and Johnny Crush in July and August 07) Chris Benoit, Eddie Guerrero and Brian Pillman all died the night before they were set to win title belts. Sherry Martel’s death is even more suspicious to me. Sherry Martel had ties to Nancy Benoit’s ex-husband Kevin Sullivan. The circumstances surrounding her death have not been released.

21) Kevin Sullivan told Chris Benoit that he would kill him. Kevin is currently a high ranking member of a satanic cult. Kevin is also on the WWE Board of Directors. Kevin Sullivan also had motive to kill Daniel Benoit because he was Chris and Nancy’s offspring. Retired wrestler Dusty Roads said that “he danced with the devil” when working with Kevin Sullivan who is known as being Cold-hearted and conniving. The Benoit family was murdered on the 10-year anniversary of Nancy’s divorce from Kevin Sullivan.

22) Nancy Benoit’s death was posted on the internet, 14 hours before her body was found.

23) Weeks before he died, Chris Benoit’s colleagues said that Chris began taking alternate routes to and from work and back to his house. Chris and Nancy believed that somebody was following them. Chris’ friends dismissed his worries as paranoia.

24) The Benoit family was murdered the same week that the WWE had a story line of “Who killed Vince McMahon.”

Allow me to add a 25th reason The Wikipedia story that came out a day before the bodies were discovered were traced back to WWE Headquarters.

*Edit: IT WAS KEVIN SULLIVAN IN MY OPINION!!!!!

Oh for the love of shit. Nancy’s sister, Benoit’s father, Jericho, Chavo, Angle, Jim Ross. Those six (I could list WAY more) all say Chris did it. The police say he did it. The evidence says he did it.

The following is 24 reasons why this guy is wrong and why you are an idiot for believing him.

A Dumbass said:
1) Chavo Guerrero – a close friend of Benoit- told WWE magazine that he talked to Chris for while on Friday night on his house phone. About 45 minutes into the conversation, Chris told him that there was somebody knocking at his door and he was going to see who it was. Shortly after Chris answered the door, there was a “scuffle” and then his house phone line went dead. Chris could only be reached on his cell phone about 3 hours later. This is very significant. This explains why there was no forced entry. Chris let the killer or killers in.
Chavo’s interview with Jericho contradicts this. The interview he referenced does not exist.

Yeah totally not because Benoit killed his wife/kid or something. Nah that couldn’t be the reason.

3) Chris Benoit’s cell phone is missing. The police cannot find his cell phone or the needles they say Chris used to inject himself with steroids shortly before he died. The police have turned his cell phone off.
I can’t find any official police reports that say they cannot find the cell phone. His toxicology report says he had no steroids in his system at the time of his death. So I have no idea what he is talking about.

4) Chris was not hanging from the weight machine, he was laying on the floor underneath the machine. Another officer said that Benoit was “slumped” against the weight machine.
The police said they found Benoit hanging from a pulley. So again, no idea what he is talking about.

5) There was a white cloth wrapped around Chris’ neck. If he was so suicidal why would he care if his neck was bruised?
No official reports contained any mention of a cloth.

6) The medical examiner says that Chris Benoit died on Saturday. The text messages were sent on Sunday. Chris was already dead so who sent the text messages? It is noted that nobody talked to Chris on Sunday.
Official reports say he died on Sunday, not Saturday.

7) The steroids found in Chris’ house were not in his body.
The toxicology report said they found drugs in his system used to treat the effects of steroid abuse. They also found two other drugs at therapeutic levels. But no steroids. The steroids were probably stuff he stopped using and simply never threw them away.

8) If Chris’ had murdered his family then why did he need to text people? Think about it. Everybody was dead. Nobody would hear him talking so why text? Calling would have been easier. (I believe the killer text Benoit’s address to get somebody to come to the house to find the bodies)
Benoit’s brain was incredibly messed up. Concussions and drugs obviously damaged his brain. His ability to use reason was long gone. I’m pretty sure he had no control over what was going on due to his brain damage. His brain went insane.

9) Chris sent Chavo a text message telling him his address. Why would he do this? Chavo already knew were Chris lived. He spent the previous weekend with him.
Again, Benoit’s brain was damaged. Chris Nowinski said his brain was like an 85-year-olds Alzheimer’s patient. He was not able to think rationally anymore.

I’ll give a minor example in case this is hard to comprehend. I have ADD (I use a pill so it doesn’t affect me that much). When I forget to take my pill, I have a drastic reduction in my ability to pay attention to anything. I can’t force myself to pay attention, no matter how much I want to. I cannot control it. When things go wrong in the brain, it can lead to things that we honestly can’t control.

10) Chris’ body was badly de- composed, about the same as Nancy’s. This shows he died sooner than Sunday.
Again, the police never said this. No idea where this comes from.

11) Why would he tie up Nancy to kill her? He was a big guy. He could have just hit her one good time and she would have been out.
Benoit’s brain was damaged. HE WAS NOT ABLE TO THINK RATIONALLY.

12) Ray also told me that the world press is reporting the manner of the deaths wrong. He says that Daniel was shot in his head and Nancy was shot in her chest.
WTF? Who is Ray? Bullshit. The ghost of Little Jimmy told me that Ray is a liar.

13) Chavo said that the Chris Benoit seemed “worried” about something but he could not get Chris to open up and tell him why he was worried.
Benoit was going insane. Of course he would act odd.

14) There was no Bible besides Chris’ body. Why would he place a bible beside Nancy and Daniel and not place one beside his own if he knew he was about to take his own life?
Actually there was a bible by Chris’s body. Including a note that said I am preparing to leave this Earth, written by Benoit.

15) There were 10 empty beer cans and an empty body of wine besides Chris’ body. He tested negative for alcohol.
This was never mentioned by police either. They never said anything about finding empty beer cans.

16) The toxicology confirmed that Chris had Hydrocodone (pain killer) Xanex (anti-anxiety drug). I have used both of these. These 2 drugs combined will sedate Chris and make him very sleepy. So he could not fight back.
Yep, no other reason he could have to take those. Obviously another person had to put this in his body because there are no use for these pills.

Actually the only official statement I see is that Daniel was strangled. No mention of what was used to do so.

Daniel’s body was found to be less decomposed than Nancy’s. In fact, the police actually state that Daniel’s body had just started to show signs of decomposition while Nancy’s body was farther along.

18) The police kept changing the location of where Nancy’s body was found. 1st she was found in the downstairs family room. 2nd she was found in the upstairs bedroom. 3rd she was found in the house office.
Actually they said they found her in the upstairs (not downstairs) family room.

19) Chris’ father said that Chris called him on father’s day and told him that he wished he could spend more time with his family but he had to work. One of Nancy’s friend says that Nancy Loved Chris and she had no plans to leave him.
And this means what? How does this change Benoit’s brain damage? His brain slowly went insane before it finally snapped.

Sherri Martel overdosed on multiple drugs. Bigelow had drug problems and heart problems. Not a great combination. Pillman died of a genetic heart problem. Guerrero died due to his past drug use. Adams died due to a combination of drugs. Who is Johnny Crush? If he meant Crush, Brian Adams was Crush.

Hilarious.

22) Nancy Benoit’s death was posted on the internet, 14 hours before her body was found.
Yeah by a kid who edited Wikipedia. Who was doing a prank because he is a dumbass kid. Coincidences do happen.

23) Weeks before he died, Chris Benoit’s colleagues said that Chris began taking alternate routes to and from work and back to his house. Chris and Nancy believed that somebody was following them. Chris’ friends dismissed his worries as paranoia.
Nancy did not believe this nor said this. Only Chris did. Nancy’s sister said looking back, this was obviously a warning sign of his brain damage.

24) The Benoit family was murdered the same week that the WWE had a story line of “Who killed Vince McMahon.”
And?

Allow me to add a 25th reason The Wikipedia story that came out a day before the bodies were discovered were traced back to WWE Headquarters.
Incorrect. They were traced to a kid who apologized profusely for being a dumbass.

So I guess that makes sense. Again, I don't know much of the details, I was researching it still.

I get why people make up things to try to convince themselves that Benoit didn't do it. It's weird to think a guy we cheered did something like this. A guy we watched on TV for years. You don't want to believe he did it. But he unfortunately did. His brain damage makes it very obvious as to why this happened.

I suggest you listen to Jericho's interview with Chavo and Nowinski. Chavo talks about Benoit's personality and the days leading up to the murders. He also talks about the aftermath. Nowinski talks about Benoit's brain and why Benoit wasn't showing huge, obvious signs of the brain damage.
