Danm Will give the kid a break, he's still a fucking rookie, it's his first ever career start, he's gonna make mistakes, the NFL game is not the same as the college game, you're dealing with bigger better, faster players, and the offense and defenses tend to be more complicated, give him at least a few games, he's still getting used to the system I'm sure

Besides, Clausen was viewed as the 'most NFL ready QB' to come out of the Draft. Unfortunately he was drafted late, and to a team that hasn't had a viable WR core since 2003.
He wasn't terrible. I never said he was. I'm riding him with negativity because he's making bad decisions on critical plays. 3rd and 16 - you don't instantly throw a quick-out to a TE for 4 yds and expect him to make those extra 12 just HAPPEN. It's a TE.
The one solid thing I can say from this entire game is.. the Bengals are fucking terrible. Yes, they won 20-7 but are you serious? If Carolina didn't suck on Offense so much right now - they would've lost their ass.
How can a team with so much talent at WR not be able to blowout teams that should be blown out? ("they're winning ugly, but they're winning".) That was a quote regarding the Bengals that just came across my tv as I'm typing this.

While I can't guarantee it, I'm almost positive Bill Cowher will return to Coach us - and given he's likely to have a #1 ovr Draft pick to start with. My guess is we're gonna begin our turn-around next year.

The Falcons are slowly just running the ball down the Saints throat right now. It's like watching a car wreck in slow motion. You know (if you're a Saints fan) it's likely to have a horrible ending - but it just continues to happen, as slowly as possible.
