It wasn't so much Vince's dumbness as it was him bowing to the networks. The timing of what happened with him and Taker simply could not have been worse. If that hadn't happened, WWE could be very different right now.

So what happened?

With Hassan and Taker? Earlier that week there was a terrorist attack somewhere in Europe, London I believe. That night, on a taped Smackdown, Hassan had a bunch of masked men, representing his Muslim extremist allies, use a wire to make it look like they were trying to behead taker. WWE ran a thing on the bottom of the screen saying somthing like it wasn't at all referencing the issue in london. The networks freaked, and Hassan, who had been in line for a main event push, was written off in less than two weeks.

I'm very pissed as RAW is in Toronto and I'm not going. This is the first time I'm going to miss a WWE show in Toronto in two years.

Kennedy is actually pretty popular here in Canada. He got a huge pop to the last RAW that happened in Toronto (about a year ago).

Guys, you don't really think it's over do you. I am waiting and I'd say in the next couple years, especially considering that is hardly as a big an incident now considering the Benoit thing...but Mohammad Hassan WILL return and he will be a great super heel. FACT
