How about this for a possibility.

Raw keeps both the World Heavyweight Championship and the WWE Championship.

Rey-Rey gets drafted to Smackdown, bringing the IC title with him, and CM Punk takes out MVP to bring the US Title to Smackdown. They elevate one of those titles (IC for example) to the level of the World Heavyweight/WWE and demote the WWE Title to US/IC Title.

I know, sounds stupid, but then again, who would've ever thought that announcers were going to be drafted last year.
