I actually thought it was underwhelming as a card. Entertaining, for sure, but I really only felt invested in three or four of the feuds. A lot of the other stuff was just so un-Bound For Glory. If not for being reminded that I was watching BFG, I'd have thought I was watching some random Turning Point or Sacrifice B-PPV, to be honest.

I was high on Ryan at first, and I still really like his look, but the more I saw, the more flaws I found, especially in his vocal skill or lack there of. His "confidence" feels so forced, but I do love that he's managed to springboard Morgan again, because like you I'm of the mind that guy needs a major, major run at the top of the company. He oozes championship material.
If I had any pull there, I'd have had him among the contestants to compete with Jeff for a shot at the title tonight, probably in place of Anderson.

It's a little bit of hyperbole, but I really don't see the appeal in Joey Ryan. Ion is the better character and heel. Ryan just looks like a more wussy Prefontaine whose wrestling I haven't been impressed with either. I don't see why people are high on him but he can win me over perhaps. There was a time I didn't like James Storm either but that has changed. This one seems less likely though.

I can buy this as a feud, but the tag division still needs a little more guts to fill things out. This Team A v. Team B circular ride is getting boring. Having a few extra teams to fill out the depth can only help, not hurt.
