I also remember him being a face through a lot of the later years of WCW, and for most of his second WWE run, especially through the time he spent as general manager.

You are right about everything late in his career, i just more or less chose to ignore it since he was really just a nostalgia character at that point IMO. As far as everything from NWA and WCW I really just remember his heel bits the best.

You can't doubt that he's much better known for being a dick.
