It's hard to tell when it's an actual lack of personalty power or if its just a lack of creative direction.

Think Layla: by herself I don't think he has any charisma or such, but the persona they created for during her "Flawless" run with McCool managed to draw heat quite effectively.

Nattie has been on the main roster since 2008. It's a lack of charisma on her part. I think the WWE is using her just fine currently.
