WWE RAW LD 3/5/2012 - Holla at Ya' Boy!

Cena's in-ring stuff was solid, despite that terrible ghetto accent he insists on bringing back. That promo he cut in the stands was downright laughable. Cheesiest, corniest piece of shit I've seen in a long, long time. Reminds me why I'm not a fan of his. Then again, his in-ring stuff worked.

Rock's taped segments were hilarious, but he was weak in the ring. I believe that's how he's supposed to be playing it (hoping to split the crowd come Mania time), but I can't be positive.

Rock's still better.

That promo he cut in the stands was indeed terrible but it appeared to work or something. I could tell he was a poser as soon as he said the greatest heartbreak in Boston sports history was the Patriots going 18-1 but apparently the people there fell for the man of the people schtick. Nevermind that Cena is a Floridian himself now that wears Tampa Bay jerseys.

The harbor promo was awesome. I thought what they both did in the ring worked. I don't think Rock was weak in the ring he was just selling the you can't phase me thing. Cena was dicking around his whole promo and Rock never even blinked. The jersey shore line was a great one but I laughed quite a bit when Cena did his crowd jump.

The thing I don't get about what Cena is saying is he keeps saying he wants the Rock but then complains about vintage Rock promos. I was following him until that. I thought going back to the wrist bit didn't really work. When you do something that well the week before, if you go right back to it, the material better be good or it cheapens the effect of what you had done before. Cena's wife was less attractive than I would have expected so I took off points for that.

This Undertaker-HHH with HBK thing is going to have a shitty ending unless it becomes a triple threat which I find unlikely.

This, this so much this. Any Bostonian I talk to hurts from that loss but if you are going to reference Boston sports heartbreak they had decades of losing with their more beloved Red Sox. The Pats loss sucked but they had one three championships years before. I sat there and was wondering if Cena knows anything about Boston sports.

Again this. That crowd was disappointed and confused by Cena's celebration. I saw a few people kind of clapping but all I could hear was Cena's blaring music and most people seemed to be just staring or looking around for something else to happen. I assume the crowd jump was in to some of his local buddies but I don't know. I do know that most of the rest of the crowd was pretty dead after Rocky walked out.

Agreed but it wasn't too bad.

Damn it SD, you had me agreeing with you and then you throw out shit like this. :)

Triple Threat may be cool. I like the idea of HHH and HBK fighting as much to be the guy to make the pin as much as wanting to beat the other guy. I don't know enough about the UT's future to determine how this needs to end.

His future doesn't matter. If it stays a guest referee match then there is no satisfying ending. Three possibilities. First, HBK does nothing. Well, why the hell was he there in the first place? HBK screws HHH. Do we really need to see that again or see the WWE go out of their way to protect HHH again? HBK screws Taker. Heat magnet? Yeah but probably for the wrong reasons. Just a wasteful way to end the streak. I suppose there could be something decent with HBK and HHH trying to screw Taker and failing but I just don't think the match lends itself to a screwy finish, which is the only point of a guest referee. The whole point of such a match is supposed to be epic one on one encounter.

I think Orton vs. Kane is a higher profile match. Either name alone is going to to sell more tickets that Sheamus and Dick Butt combined.

That may be true but you have to admit that WWE is doing a great job with both Sheamus and Bryan right now in making it a hard to guess match. I do kinda wish they'd have a few face offs though. Still Sheamus has been killing everyone left, right and centre and Bryan has been fuckwin.

Lol at all you people.

They are trying to stack the odds against the Ubdertaker. They are usibg reverse pyschology to make you think HBK wilk screw HHH. When it happens, it'll be HBK turning on UT which will create another holy shit Wrestlemania moment and a very close near fall that will have fans gasping for breath. In the ebd it'll be Taker overcoming the odds to keep his streak in tact.

God damb Ive been watching this shit too long.

Last time I drink and type at the same time.
