Actually I think he did mention Williams too but I would have gone with Yaz or Parrish or even Rice or Evans before Boggs. I love Boggs but he left Boston and won a World Series in New York.

I'll take Yaz for sure. I'll take Parish above Boggs but I'd take other basketball players first - if I'm picking a basketball player after Bird, it's McHale or Pierce. Tentative on Rice or Evans. I'd say Boggs is a better player, but Rice and Evans spent more time in Boston.
